I(petitioner) have filed RCR case in chennai family court. But my respondent's lawyers went to my PG (the adress that i have used for court case), and enquired about me. Since its PG they are getting tensed and askd me to vacate teh home. Now i have got ladies hostel. Now i am gonna file DV act. 1) Again will it create issues by his lawyers or police to investigae in hostel?
2)will the change of address affect my case. will they put on hold?

the respondent's counsel dont have any right to visit your place or make any enquiry about you., just you draft a complaint to the concern bar council.
and no problem will arise by your change of address., while you mention your address, you just mention in your afficavit as temporally residing at so and so place.,
and you filed rcr petition before high court? its something wrong, just clear this madam.,

if lodge a complaint against some one advocate mean the bar council will make an enquiry on your complaint.,
they can take any disciplinary proceedings against the mentioned advocate.,
amended memo mean filing a memo(a written submission)correction of address., its mean mr.shonee stating as you can inform you address changed particulars to court.

You can change your address and lawyer of respondent has done a wrong by visiting your place of residence. Neither police nor any lawyer shall come to inquire you in your house/hostel. You can make a complaint to the concerned court about the act and conduct of the lawyer for the opposite party.

Dear Author, both lines are two different solutions.
If you have changed address and don't want the other party to know, there is a provision to give your address in sealed cover, to safeguard yourself.
