Change in date of birth mentioned in passport

For changing date of birth on passport, it is told that " A declaratory court order in original with a copy issued by a first class judicial magistrate in india instructing the consulate to correct date / place of birth "

How to apply for this ? under what law ? how can we obtain original copy as court issues certified copy ? what is the procedure for conducting this application ?

pls. gide me.

certified copy of order passed by court would suffice . contact a local lawyer

the legal process will be done by a lawyer and you have to provide all the required documents for change of date of birth
