Dera Sir,

There is case for eviction in court.Land claims that room is loked and hence the tenet dose NOT stay there. He has submitted photos of Locked room to the court.all other docs are there with my friend.

How far court will take this argument as valid.

Simply producing the photos of locked room does not the genuine proof on your side.You may request the court to appoint a commissioner advocate to find out the fact.

There are so many points in favor of tenants starting from notice and pleadings of the landlord.

Just go minutely through all of them and deny specifically and you have all the chances to win. Pin point mistakes and omissions in plaint., which will certainly be there.

Room locked is no ground to evict tenant.Landlord has to prove the ground of Non User of premises for continue last six months.So landlord's argument is not tenable.
