Dear Experts,

This is with respect to section 420 & 471.

Court is disposed the case with cause of

contested judgement. Is this meant case

been resolved / closed. Is it possible court

can dispose the case without trials.

Sir, but can court dispose the same without trials since I have filed it against someone.
Can I stand the case again. I am surprised by the judgement. What is contested judgement in this?
