once agreed with NBFC for delhi centre of arbitration but nothing happen in delhi every thing happen in bangalore from scratch to finish but NBFC has appoint arbitrator without our consent in Delhi as we have agreed in agreement, can we challenge appointment of arbitrator in delhi and ask to bring it to Bangalore
ajay sethi (Expert) 04 August 2013
you will lose the case . agreement provides that venue of arbitration should be in delhi only . similarly agreement must be providing that sole arbitrator shall be appointed by NBFC.

(whenever you post a query always state detailed facts or you are the loser as answer may change depending upon facts of the case)
