Sir
I have come to know from sources of company that our management extract our call recording in audio or call details from our telecom operator for scanning our.personal talk. Is this feasible for employer to gather call recording on specific number or all calls received or dialled.
Can company do this using their strong reference. If yes, what action can be done for.clarifying the doubt.

No one except the police authority on instruction of top brass can eavesdrop the conversation over phone.
It is a criminal offence for which you can lodge complaint with Police.

Sir,on what basis i can file FIR for the same. Is my telecom.operartor able to.provide me any such details on request that my phone was tapped or call detaila were taken out through any source.

How do you draw a conclusion that your employer is tapping your phone calls???
If you have anything to substantiate your claim, do consult with a local lawyer to evaluate them and file a complaint based on the proofs.

Firstly, no private authority can avail such authority to record any such call.
It may be your misunderstanding.
and if you are sure about these allegations then proper investigation has to done. you can also file an FIR if it is affecting you.
