Our land is covered by TNHB in 1984,we are not received any amount through Board.Amount is given to Based on UDR. Updated with the same thing to special Tahilsdhar he issued for NOC for MY Land.But officers saying its invalid one.But i have present reg document ,EC and Tax Bill.Can i get land patta on my name in this case.

Dear Sir,
I applied to my ex employer for getting my gratuity after almost 11 years of continious service vide Form I and Form N on 07/12/2016 and 29/06/2017 respectively. My last date of service was 06/11/2016. The Controlling Authority here in Kolkata, West Bengal notified me and my ex employer to appear Vide Form "O". The OP was failed to appear and submit their AIC for 03 consequtive dates, hence my EIC was recorded on 07/06/2018 as per instruction from the Deputy Labour Commissioner.There after OP had started cross examine me which lasted for 03 days starting from 16/07/2018 and concluded my cross examine on 18/01/2019. They also didn't appear quite a few time during this period. Since then OP has only submitted their AIC but failed to appear before the controlling authority for OPW. They have escaped 10 months since my cross examination was concluded on 18/01/2019 by giving this or that execuses or may be asking for adjounment for the day.They didn't appear consecutive second day on last 11/11/2019 and once again controlling authority fixed up a date on 20/12/2019.
I tried to put up the scenario to the learned experts how the OP is trying to delay and dragging the process. I would like to know from the experts a) can OP delay the process as they have been doing, b) Is there any provision in the law to restrain such activity, c) Doesn't have the Controlling Authority any power to stop thiese practise and speed up the procedure.d) Is there any other authority where I can plea for a faster proceeding.
I look forward to your valuable suggestions \ advice and I welcome any suggestion from anybody which might be helpful for me.

Sir,
I want to evict my tenant as he doesnot want to increase the rent and is not signing my agreement.
I take the advice of local lawyers who told me to file eviction suits, without sending any legal notice to evict the property.
I want to know is this the right way to file the eviction suits.

I am working as Chief Manager in Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), (CPSE under Ministry of Shipping). I have cleared UPSC interview for joining as Deputy Director in Directorate General of Shipping which also under Ministry of Shipping.
The provisional appointment letter was received from the Directorate General of Shipping on 09.09.2019 and accordingly I submitted by technical resignation on 30.09.2019. The application to the said post and resignation has been made through proper channel. The technical resignation has been accepted by SCI.
My queries are as follows
1. Do I need to serve the three month notice period in case I am shifting my services from PSU to Central Govt (Group "A" service) under the same Ministry.
2. Will be service period be carried forward and Will I be aligible for pay protection

1)A Shop Was rented in 2006
2)In 2009 ,Landlord ask to vacate the shop.
3)Tenant file Title Suit and get an Injunction from court in 2009
4)The Case run till 2012
5)From 2013-2016 , both Tenant and Landlord did not appear court
(Landlord have several repeated surgery)
6)From 2017 & 2018 Landlord appear to court but no single hearing done
7)At 2019 the case case was transfer , but till not a single hearing done
Landlord is at the age of 80.His urinary system almost damaged.
He wear cathedra.Can not move.He is keen to recover his property.
He is not getting rent from 2007.
My question is can Landlord move for Speedy Trial/Expedited Trial.
In this situation will High Court allow Speedy Trial/Expedited Trial ?

OP is not obeying Maharashtra state consumer court order .I am planning to file execution jointly under 25 and 27 .Please share your views

Hello all learned,
I want to ask that husband got writtnen from his wife on simple letter that she has physical realtions with various men and based on the said letter he lodged family suit for divorce ? although the said letter has been written by wife under death of fear and after the lodging the family suit when she face trial on that time she has lodged 498/A complain against him having stated details of the said letter that such kind of letter got written from her by her husban whether is it defense for it ? or as per contract act it is void contract ?

My land record in not fully reflected in west bengal record
I have a hiuse of approx 2.3 kantha but in the record of West Bengal Land & Reform it is showing as 1.3 kantha..Our land is a 'Danpatra' which means my grandmother distributed property to 3 sons and my father portion is showing in govt record however as per Dalil record it is showing as 2.3 kantha..so how to change thee record in west bengal land reform database..if my area i.e. 1 kantha is recorded in some other person name then can it be possible to change it..
