In my 10th and 12th class of maharashtra board candidate full name is written as PASI DEEPAK SHIVDHANI and my in mother name column it is written correct PREMA BUT there is separate column for fathers name so everywhere in my bed qualification I written my name as PASI DEEPAK SHIVDHANI and in fathers name column I written as SHIVDHANI PASI so this fathers name is acceptable everywhere or not for government job or not because I m applying for it

I am Party in person. I applied for quash along with stay in the criminal CC in which I am arrayed as A1. Stay is granted now at HC. Quash petition in progress.
1. Do I need to spefically apply for dispense from personal appearance or does this stay order wil suffice personal appearance dispense in trail court?
2. Do I have to present the stay order to the trail court by myself or that will be taken care by PP?

My brother was arrayed as A2 in a criminal (406, 506(2) ) case and he was given NBW due to his absence for 2 hearings. On his recall, Magistrate ordered him to pay fine of Rs.300 /- as conveyance to the witness on every hearings. And she forcefully collected it from us on next hearing also.
THis sounds ridiculous. WHy should we pay to the witness people. Kindly help on how to take this forward?

Hello,
I have taken a house on lease basis for 3 years from XYZ. Similarly there are two more occupants of the same premises who are also lessees. The owner -a state govt employee has mortgaged the property and availed loan from a co-operative bank and has not repaid hence a defaulter now.
The resale value of the said premises is lower than the liabilities (bank loan + lease amount of the houses/security deposit). Therefore, the owner does not take any interest in either clearing the loans nor does refund our security deposit. Now we, the occupants of the premises have received the notice from the bank to vacate the houses as the bank has sought order from the court.
Pls suggest the suitable course of action to be taken against the owner who is currently in the govt service to recover our security deposit.

Petitioner is saying that he has given licence to his brother Defendant to work on his land verbally. No written licence agreement as such produced by petitioner in court.
Que 1: Whether story of petitioner is enforceable at law?
Que 2:- Whether verbal licence given is valid in law, If yes than under which law and under which section?
Que 3:- Whether licence have to be in writing or verbal is also valid?

My query is relates can names from 7/12 can be removed as per HSA 2005 ? as per below scenario
1 ) Current inheritors to my grandfather's Agriculture land on 7/12 - 01 Son , 3 Sisters.
2 ) Grandfather Death August 2004
3 ) Then my father as per rules applied for his & 3 sisters name in agriculture land which reflected in 7/12
4 ) Now then in Sep,2005 HSA Act came into force , now its clear that my grandfather was no more on act came into force .
5 ) My query is can my father apply for removal his sisters name from 7/12 if not then how please clarify ??

I have a property in Delhi and have a sale deed of the same.
But now I am residing in other part of India presently Mumbai and may be some other city in future based on my posting.
I have to make gift deed for this property and quit claim deed for other properties in Delhi.
Can I make gift deed by visiting any registrar office/court in Mumbai/any other city or I will have to do it from Delhi only?
Same question on quit claim deed.

I.o's fabrication of documents & collusion with superiors
Land grabbing is a lucrative source of police corruption as opined by the Apex Court in some cases. Following is an apt case of meticulous ill-design by Police Personnel.
1. In 1997, A dilapidated property was taken on lease by Victim from say “R” for running a School. “R” was made a member of Governing Body. Constructions were carried out from-time-to-time as per the requirement by the Victim with the consent of “R” and who was supposed to reimburse the Victim as per the terms of lease. Instead of reimbursing, “R” wanted to sell on cash the property to Victim.
In 2008 January, “R” agreed to take fragmented payment for the good cause. Final payment was made in April 2008 and there is proof that “R” purchased stamp papers himself and engrossed documents and notarized after signing by all [ in Lal Dora/ agricultural land area registration was not mandatory till 2011]. Unfortunately “R” died in July 2008 at his home.
2. Heirs [who have criminal background] of R trespassed and threatened Victim with the connivance of Police personnel. Although complaints were made to Police from top to bottom, no action was taken which complaints were destroyed as per RTI information whereas FIR was registered on a complaint by R’s heirs and law was set into motion. Thus equality before law was denied to Victim. {It is significant that the Police personnel who initiated FIR was arrested by CBI on bribery charges in a sting operation in another case}.
3. CORRUPT NEXUS/ LOBBYING: I/O in collaboration with ACP- Bank People- Magistrate against whom there is complaint in another case.
The FIR was transferred to EOW alleging land-grabbing at the recommendation of ACP contrary to parameters and operational norms w.r. to limitation of taking up cases of land-grabbing of more than Rs. 2 crores [as per RTI] whereas the subject property is valued at Rs. 15 lakhs as per Circle Rates and location.
Unscrupulous I/O link-in the lobby/nexus started his nefarious acts. He clearly fabricated documents with the connivance of Bank people and there is proof that Complainant tampered with witnesses.
4. False charge of absconding: Since victim did not give bribe on demand, Victim was arrested from her workplace /school [whereas FIR is in the school address]on false charges of absconding that too. I/O could not be trapped as he sent his subordinates for taking bribe.
5. Clear Involvement of ACMM - He sent Victim to Judicial Custody alleging forgery and with following audi alteram partem did not examine the mobile location of I/O and contrary to facts on record, i.e. Report of FSL that they could not fix authorship of questioned signature on Victim on evaluation of written specimens of Victim submitted by I/O. In another recent case, a victim recently reacted violently against the said corrupt ACMM.
6. PRESENT STATUS: charge sheet is filed and is on board trial court. As per Apex Court decisions in Indira Jai Singh case, investigation can be done in on-going cases.
OPINION / COLLECTIVE-WISDOM SOUGHT:

I approached LSA in the Supreme Court, to explore the possibility for CBI investigation. They opined that I should file Petition in High Court u/s 482 and if rejected to approach the Apex Court.
Query is whom all I make Respondent/Opposite Party. Is it necessary to send copy of the petition to O/P. Any other relevant points which would be helpful, please.
