Hi,

I have a property registered under my name as well as my co-brother. I would like to know if I can re-register it in my wife's name (with the co-brother) and if so, what is the process?

Agreement validity on 100rps stamp

Hello,
Please help me on below issue,

We are planning to buy a house and have agreed with owner on 100rps stamp mentioning that should register the house on or before 3months period. BUT actually 10months back the other buyer have agreed to buy a house within 3months period. Due to financial reasons, he is not buying that house and so we are buying it now.

Actually old buyer have two agreements with house owner,
1. For bank loan
Which is returned to owner and owner also returned his advance amount.
2. One agreement as per market value
Not sure, where is this agreement now. Actually we and house owner requesting old buyer to sign on cancelation agreement but he is not ready to sign now (as per agreement he should register house within 3months but as said due to financial reasons he don't want to buy it now)

Old buyer is not ready to sign in cancelation agreement and he is not ready to buy a house. Suppose if I can proceed to buy this house and register in 2months. Is there any problem with old buyer?

Please suggest how I can proceed to buy this house or shall i drop?

Problems of buying land previously sold by minor shareholder

I wish to buy a residential land of 1440 sqft in a municipality of West Bengal. The present owner of the land purchased it in 2012 from the family members of previous owner(as the previous owner died in 2009; Family members:three sons and wife of owner). Among the sons one was minor(15years) and the sale deed was signed by his mother ( previous owner's wife) in favour of the minor. Now the minor is 23 years old. Present owner has also got mutation from municipality. Is there be any problem to buy this land from present owner? If yes then what should I do to tackle this problem?

Getting legal heir certificate without documents

My wife’s mother was teacher who died in 2000 and who purchased a land and built a building by her own money. Father is alive and he later married to other women and having a daughter. She (my wife always in further text) has one brother and one sister. Her brother-sister never shown her any documents either of property or pension or any required documents to legalise the things. She do not have death certificate of her mother neither she has ration card nor her mother’s bank account and details. She insisted to her brother but he is not disclosing her anything. The matter is of Maharashtra and she lives with me in Gujarat. Currently her brother frequently calls my wife and forcing to leave her rights from property, He also torturing his father to force him to give his will to him (brother). Moreover, he (brother) operating her mother’s account and using money not disclosing anything to her sisters. My wife has Pan Card where her father’s name is mentioned and has leaving certificate of school having her mother’s name mentioned. Now kindly tell me followings
1. What is her father’s right on property.
2. What is her rights on money credited in her mothers account
3. How she could apply for legal heir certificate to claim rights on property and get bank details of her mother.
Kindly reply other than this questions as I may not understood the things legally.
Thanking you.
