I recently took over as President of a cooperative society that was mismanaged for many years now. The state of affairs is that none of the earlier committees in 30 years bothered to check the credentials of people who claimed ownership of flats. The result is that many people in society are nothing but squatters. Many of the conveyance deeds of freehold status that were submitted to society office are fake. One of such deeds have led to a big bank loan fraud. I have my proof, the fake GPAs and trail of frauds. I have all the details. I am yet to share it with anyone. I'm not sure if it'd be safe as the number of squatters is 10% of all flats . What should be the right course of action? Please guide.

Please help on below3 points. Please . Some people intentionally avoiding, escaping from taking lawyer notice sent through postal service. Thats why asking this doubt.
1) can lawyer notice be served online either through whatsapp/email address/facebook messenger id ? any of them or all of them ?
2) Can I take pic of the notice prepared by my lawyer and send to other party in whatsapp or email from my whatsapp/email ? So that the other party cannot say that notice is not served. I as a client can send to other party from my whatsapp to his whatsapp ? This is in addition to sending through postal service.
3) or only lawyer can send from his whatsapp or email ?

Case pertains to sexual assault, molestation and outraged modesty of women and FIR registered U/s 354, 354(B). Police not doing investigation properly and filing cancellation report as accused very influence having approaches. Can court be requested to issue process of summons to accused.

Sir, I am residing in Chennai Tamilnadu, Thiruvallur district. I am one of a owner having five flats. All four owners co operating In maintenance except one owner who is residing in a 2nd floor. His flat is only single bedroom and other flats are double bedroom.
Every time when we spend money for maintenance and repair he is not sharing his money . Now we are facing septic tank cleaning every week because in my area there is no drainage so every time we are giving Rs 1000 to clear the septic tank and drainage tank.
Now that owner has leased his flat to person also giving money after ten to fifteen days. Every ten days we have to clear both the tanks because overflowing drainage water going to neighbours house and Street. No four flat owners have decided to clear the both underground water to avoid overflowing. Now we have decided ,Every month all must give Rs 1000 rupees for maintenance including total flat area water cleaning. If we have any balance amount in that total money we will keep it for future problems like lighting and plumbing work etc., Now one of the flat owner and his tenant in lease not ready to give the money in one time and every time septic tank cleaning also. Past 6 months we had to clean three times a month now it will be four times to avoid overflowing.
We did not registered our flat. We want to know the legal procedure to take action action on him. Shall we disconnect the water supply ? Can police complaint will solve our problems. Please help us to solve the problem and give us a solution. Thanks.

(Am a former employee, recently left the job ),One of cupping clinic running their clinic without license and cheating clients doing fake promises,using cheap quality products,even not well trained employees, employee itself telling treatment are not good they are making money,not paying any taxes, without license they are running , so what action can take against them

I am from Maharashtra and need some help regarding interpretation of remark made on Records of Right documents in Marathi language.
And I am quoting remarks as, " लिलाव दाखला र रु. *** देणार सरकार मे.सि.ज.सो कोर्ट कल्याण अ.वादी XYZ घेणार वादी तर्फे PQR वादी ABC"
Who is gaining and losing as per remarks on RoR documents (XYZ or ABC) ?

Sir i am native of karwar, karnataka and i do have the caste certificate of obc karnataka which is also listed in Central list as OBC Bhandari 180, I was born in karnataka but boughtup in pune. I'm residing in pune, Maharashtra for more than 15 years, I have completed my school from Nursurray to 10th and 12th from Maharashtra state. My father was a cop at a post of Head Constable in Maharashtra state, he passed away in 2014 from that on we are get pension which is 18000 per month which comes under State bank of india in pune, Maharashtra, we do havewe do have some F.D in banks which get a interest of upto 4lacs.
We do have Ration card, Aadhar card, pan all documents of Maharashtra state.
Recently In 2019 i bought a land in karnataka.
My caste is only valid in karnataka but it not valid in Maharashtra therefore I stand as open in Maharashtra but with domicile certificate of Maharashtra state.
I know it's too complicated...
But please help me out with this...

1.Am I eligible for obc ncl as my father was head constable?
3. As our caste certificate is of karnataka state and I only have a land that too bought recently, no other documents....

2.As I have the caste certificate on karnataka but all other documents of Maharashtra state as well as domicile of Maharashtra state, where should I apply for the ncl.
Karnataka: Only obc which is listed under central Caste Certificate, birth place and a recently Bought land
Maharashtra: Domicile, Aadhar, Ration, Pan, 10+12 education, house, pension stuff, father was under Maharashtra state Police force, non obc caste valid in this state.
Help me out sir,

Hi, I am a Mumbai resident and I own ownership flat and a shop (on pagdi system), and 2 bank accounts. I wish that after me all these should get transferred in my wife's name seamlessly with no harassment to her, as after me there won't be anyone who will take care of her.
I am having a son who resides in Canada and my daughter is married and stays very far. And we are confident that they won't create any problem for her w.r.t. properties. As they are well to do enough.
Do I need to make a Will Deed? If yes, how much will it cost? Does it require any registration, stamp duty, or any other fees?
Kindly advise.

Words not to be used in sole proprietorship
Hope you all are having a nice day.
My question is I want to start a sole proprietorship business, so wanted to know if I can give another trade name through which I run my business? Also would like to know what all words I cannot use for my trade name?
I know that I cannot use Limited or Private Limited company as it is sole proprietorship.
Hoping to get a quick affirmative response.
