Land purchase

We are senior citizens living in Mumbai. One of our close relatives cheated us by saying that he started a real estate company in Andhra Pradesh and asked us to invest to purchase land in his company and sent some brochures. We believed and paid about 10 lakh rupees by cash and bank transfer. Five years passed he did not give us any land or not returned our money back. For two years we are requesting to return back our money. He is not responding anyway, what kind of legal action we can take against him. Please advise us. Thank you

Partnership deed made in 1992 on rs100 stamp paper

A Partnership Deed was made in 1992 on Rs100 stamp paper where it is said that a building owned by one of the partner should be transferred in the name of both partners. Only 2 partners in the firm.

No cash capital is contributed by either of the partner in the partnership firm. It is not registered with Registrar of Firms.

My question is only about validity of the Partnership Deed since it is executed on Rs.100 stamp paper?

I am not seeking advice about the transfer part of the building.

Ccs pension rules

I was a Central Government servant. I had been convicted in a criminal case. The President has passed an order under Rule 8 read with Rule 9 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 imposing a cut of 40% of my pension for a period of 7 years. In this concern, I have the following query -
1) Whether my Commutation of Pension shall be calculated on my original pension or on the 40% reduced pension?
2) Whether the Dearness Relief be paid on original pension or on the 40% reduced pension?
3) Whether the reduction of 40% be effected on Gratuity also? (The order specifies only pension and not Gratuity).
I shall be much grateful for your valuable replies.
Thank you to all Learned Experts in advance.
