Complaint

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 05 July 2021 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,
can a Lawyer write my complaint on his letterhead and submit it to the SHO?
or I have to write my own complaint and submit it?
Quick Summary
A lawyer can draft a complaint for you to submit to the SHO, but they cannot write or submit it on their official letterhead. While a lawyer can issue a legal notice on your behalf using their letterhead, a complaint itself should be written on plain paper. You can then sign this drafted complaint and send it to the SHO.
