Resignation from post of si in delhi police

I am posted as Sub Inspector in DelhiPolice Since June 2019. I want resign from this job on kext june means after completing 3 years. What amount i will have to pay as capitation charge of i give intimation of resignation in advance two months.

Please tell me in detail.

The terms and conditions of appointment shall govern the subject.
Section 25(4) of Delhi Police Act, 1978 provides a SI may submit resignation 3 years after training in Police Training College or Police Training School.

If you are intimating in advance about your resignation and if the same is accepted then you will be intimated by the department concerned about the amount that you are liable to pay, if any due to this resignation, hence you first tender your resignation and then look for the answer from your department itself.
