Eviction of son and daughter in law from my flat

1. I had been allotted a flat in a housing society as a member of that society. I have been living in that flat with my wife and my son and daughter in law since Mar 2005. My son and his wife has been having strained relations since beginning. He along with his wife had separated from me at least 4-5 times but had to join back with me at my flat due to financial constrains. He does not earn enough to support his family and his wife keeps taking up a job and leaves it in a few months.

2. I have handed over complete 'Stree Dhan' of my daughter in law to her and also obtained a written receipt for the same on a stamp paper duly attested by a Notary.

3. They are now living with me in my flat for the past 9-10 months. They keep fighting with each-other and create nuisance for me and my wife. My wife is a Parkinson's Patient for the past 20 years and needs care even for her day to day affairs. My son and daughter in law keep shouting at each-other and even started using abusive language now. It is creating tension in the house and having very adverse effect on my wife's health and four young children in the house (2 children of my son and 2 children of my daughter, who is divorced and living with me).

4. I want to evict my son and his family from my flat which I own and is my self acquired property.

Please seniors guide me what shoud i do next

I am fighting since 1995 to allow family pension of deceased Sepoy to his mother. Sepoy's widow had arranged remarriage with another and doing job on compassionate ground in ITBP. Any how Sepoy's widow filed no objection to ITBP for allowing family pension to his mother in law, and pension was allotted to her since 2008.

Meanwhile, mother also died before the payment, due to late action in payment from ITBP. Then I applied for the arrears of family pension and requested to authority to pay the amount to her second and only son., as pension had already been allotted to mother and now it is arrears which is to be paid to his mother.

ITBP asked the succession certificate and sent the deatials of amount Rs 98000/-. Any how poor guy managed the stamp fee. and succession certificate was issued in his favour by court.

Certificate was sent to ITBP but now ITBP says family pension can not be allowed in favour of his mother. I have issued legal notice to ITBP but they are responding in too many ways.

Now question is if family pension could not be granted to his mother. Why they asked for succession certificate THROUGH A letter mentioning the amount to be paid as arrears. Who will responsible for the expences incurred in getting succession certificate and stamp fee, lawyer's fee etc.

What can I do for this person, in lower court like civil judge junior division, under which law ? Because he can not move to high court or any other authority.

Lpo and other souces of income for junior lawyers

Sirs and Madam,

Now-a-days, practicing as a lawyer , at the subordinate courts alone, is not an easy task .The number of law colleges in every nooks and corners has increased, resulting in the enormous increase of junior lawyers in every bar , every year.... which in turn , results in the cut throat competition among the junior lawyers, which ultimately compels every junior lawyer to adopt all sorts of malpractices , such as touting ( appointing agents to canvass cases ) etc. this is the present scenario in district courts in almost all area. the position in high court is little better as the number of lawyers is comparatively less.
so, here, if a person is thorough with the legal provisions, but does not have touts and agents to canvass cases, he will not succeed.

so here, my question is to know what are the other source of income for a junior lawyer online or otherwise , apart from practicing at the district courts ?

what is LPO ( legal processing outsourcing ) ?
whether any specialized course has to be undergone for it ?

Is there any websites which pay for writing essays online ?

what are the procedure to be adopted , if a lawyer has written book on law and if he intends to publish it ?
which are the the major law books publishing companies in india ?

AND, finally, please mention, any other sources of income for junior lawyers, which you people think proper, online or otherwise.

expecting a detailed answer, sirs and madam,

thanking you sirs, and madam,

Can i file execution petition after fulfillment of the condition.

Hai experts,

you are telling it is time barred. On what basis it is time barred? The condition not yet fulfilled. Kindly guide me if i can file a execution petition how much time it will take?
Can I file execution petition. The decree came in 16th December 1982. I am one of the plaintiffs.

Saramma (my grand mother) alive and she not remarried any body.

It is decreed that the plaintiffs are the owners of the plaint “A” schedule properties and they are entitled for the possession of the same after the life of saramma(my grand mother) or her remarriage which ever is earlier.
