Delhi rent control

The disputed area as per Punjab Municipal Act 1911 was given away to Shahdara Municipal Committee, thus DRC governs tha area.
Now as per SDM office record the area is still a rural area and no notification by MCD u/s 507 has been out for it nor by DRC u/s 1(2).
Q is that will DRC governs the area or not.

Whethere stamp duty is required while registering the lease deed when the owner is paying the proper

Dear Sir,

I have a query.

Our Company M/s Gemini (Tenant) has taken a building on lease and the owner of the building is SOL (Owner). The building and both the owners and tenants are residence of Hyderabad. Now we are undergoing audit in our company. Auditors are asking us to get lease deed registered and when we approached the sub registrar office they said that when property tax is paid by the owner of the building then there is no need to pay stamp duty while registering the Lease Deed accordingly we have asked for GO/notification where it states that "NO STAMP DUTY IS REQUIRED WHILE REGISTERING THE LEASE DEED WHEN OWNER IS PAYING THE PROPERTY TAX" they clearly stated there is NO NOTIFICATION /GO. in our case SOL has been paying the property tax and the term of lease deed is 1 year. But our auditors are asking what is the proof that No stamp duty is required.

Hence i request you to kindly let us know whether stamp duty is required or not in case of registering the lease deed and Owner is paying the property tax.

I am also attaching the draft of the lease deed for your reference.

Kindly do the needful

Conduct certificate

Sir,
Is there any power for high court to change a conduct certificate of students, if a principal/coordinator of that institution issues a not satisfactory conduct certificate to a student on some vengeance??
What all possibilities are there to redress the grievance of students on the basis of law for the above matter?

1.Are the emails send from the personal mails/companymails (properly traceable accounts with domain names etc.)with assurance or acknowledgment for some facts like (documents received, money transfered, job assurances etc ) are court worthy evidences for prosecuting the guilty if those terms agreed via emails are not obeyed, executed or provided by the parties.?

2.What is the exact way or format ( in attachments ,or forwaded attachments, pdf format etc.or links)of archiving and producing these email evidences in the court by the present procedures?

3What in case the email is from a firm or citizen from other nation where the Indian courts have no jurisdiction.Where is such an objection or petition filed in the specified international scenario?
