Hi,
The builder was alloted a car parking to me in our housing Society. Also builder was issue me Allotment letter to me.
I was submitted Xerozx copy of allotement letter to Society.
But some in society was raised an objection for the same and they park there vehicle at that parking slot. As per their view that letter is not valid.
So please suggest what would be the next plan of action at my end

My aunt (step mother’s sister) has a property (House) in her name and she wants to gift the property to me. However I will have to pay 8 % stamp duty (Around 10 L) as it is a non-blood relation. My queries
1. Can the gift reach me via my step mother,my father and finally to me (i.e. by means of three gift deeds) to avoid stamp duty ?
2. Can all the gift deeds be executed within say two months or there is any restriction on number of transactions per year ?

Hi Experts,
We got married on May 2011
She went her parents’ house on Feb-2012 because she got conceived
After we blessed with baby boy on July- 2012
She joined matrimonial house 1 year later on December 2012 (pregnancy reason)
After one week she went her parents’ house to attend NET exam on December 2012
And she came again on Feb 2013, she stayed with me for a week then she left home with her parents due to some quarrel between us on Feb 2013 and still she not yet joined me it almost 18 months over.
Myself and our parents tried to convinced to her and their parents but they didn't listen
After 6 months finally I send 2 notices with the help of lawyer, they replied for 2nd notice but they didn’t come.
so I filled divorce on June 2013 in Bangalore i appeared first hearing she not came her representative attend the hearing and he went so we took date and came back, on second hearing i met with an accident an took almost 6 months bed rest in this period even i also couldn't attend the hearings almost 6 months passed without appearing the hearings due to accident
She filled CRPc 125 for maintenance on august 2013 in her jurisdiction , so me and parents went to their home to get back her matrimonial house there lawyer and my FIL said to us if you withdraw the divorce file then will send our daughter, so I thought its good sign, so I believed them and went to Bangalore to withdraw the divorce file, on Jan-2014 I took back the divorce case and gave copy to his lawyer but they played game with us he didn’t send her daughter finally I thought to fight and took divorce from her so attended all hearings on their jurisdiction, so filled RCR on May 2014 to avoid maintenance.
After I filled RCR 2 weeks later she filed false 498a, 323,324 on me and my parents.
After one week we got AB and attended 1st and 15th date to give attendance in police station now that process also completed.
charge sheet filled on me only..... I had attended 2 hearings in criminal court and the parallel y in family court 125crpc and RCR is running, 1 and half month back magistrate pass the order to us to stay both in a separate home on 1 month trail base after that she again refused to stay in with me her lawyer said that will give for objection for this but still they not submitted objection ...without submitting her objection her cross is going on ..............?
And one more fact that is,
In the same roof my wife and my wife sisters got married, so in the invitation card two daughters name was printed after one month’s her second daughter had quarrel with husband mother and got separated and finally she took divorce and now she got married again.
While her crossing in front of judge my wife accepted that my sister got divorce and she got married again, now they are playing with us.........
What will be my strategy how to get rid of from this mess?

Sir is there any law in India which gives which gives my mother equal rights in my deceased brother's property.
1.if property is ancestral
2.if my deceased brother's wife is alive
And with two daughters.
Please tell me

I would like to know what action can be initiated against the incharge of police station or an officer for not registering an FIR. A incident is a complaint is lodged by a 60 yrs old woman that 30 to 40 peoples attack on her house when only she and her daughter inlaw was present at home. The reason behind attacking was the complaint lodge by her son against illegal constructionand encroachment. The municipal corporation has not taken any action against wrong doer. Therefore the said wrongdoers and other 30 to 50 peoples attack the house threw stones and bottles and used abusive language and threatened to kill whole family. Police has register NC and not taken any action against wrongdoer.

Dear sir, My one of the friend who get love married one year back and his marriage also solemnized by me. Now their family life is not so good even I say very worst family life, his wife all the time torture my friend mentally as well as physically and even not give the divorce. His wife may be possible file false FIR u/s 498 or Domestic violence or in much more. Now my question is for preventive steps what should my friend do? How he get divorced? Is he file a complaint before his wife put a wrong allegations on him? Even suggests - what precautions he would have to take so its will help in future litigation or save from police or other authority.

SIR, MY WIFE FILED THE MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE CASE U/S 125 CRPC. I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW THE COURT DECIDE ABOUT THE SALARY OF A PERSON AND IS THE ALLOWANCE IS COUNTED AS SALARY. HOW MUCH IT WILL BE IN MY CASE , AS I AM RECEIVING RS. 17000/- CASH IN HAND AND GIVING THE LOAN TO BANK OF RS. 4000/- TAKEN FOR SISTER MARRIAGE , RS. 2300/- FORM MONTHLY MEDICINE AND CHECKUP FOR MOTHER,RS. 800/- PAYING FOR AS LOAN REFUND TAKEN FROM THE DEPRATMENT AND 1500/- RS. Agreement cum general power of attorney can sale the property

I am from Hyderabad and I want to buy a property agriculture land from AGPA holder. they have sale agreement cum GPA with possession dated 07-10-2007 from the owners by paying the amount(document have signatures of the late owner and his family members). when I took the Encumbrance Certificate from sub registrar the certificate show the AGPA as (CL) and owner and his family as (EX)and it is registered as "sale agreement cum GPA".
The owner and his family member is the actual pattadar. The AGPA became the Attorney with possession and also the purchaser in this document.
Please advice me
1. if the AGPA name in EC show as CL. is this document properly registered with Sub registrar on the AGPA name?
2. Can the AGPA sell this property to a third party without any legal issues?
3. if I buy this agricultural land do I end up in legal issues from any one?
4. how can I check the document and any legal issues if I buy the plot?
5. is the AGPA the full owner of the plot?
