Dear Team,
We purchased flat from builder in the year 2009. Actual land belongs to others and for that builder got a development agreement. Builder registered the flat (sale dead) in my name and land owners also signed during the registration. We paid the entire amount to builder at the time of sale dead. After 1 year, builder absconded without completing the flat and he authorized the land owners to sell the remaining flats and cancelled original development agreement. We are not aware of this development and not part of the cancellation agreement. We completed the remaining internal work and occupied the flat. Now the land owners are demanding additional money from us and they are using illegal ways. They raised many wrong complaints against us at Police Station and also pressurising us through local leaders to pay additional money. How do I protect my property and take care of safety of my family. Please advise.

I have been employed in an IT firm in Kolkata from 2000 till date when the firm has now closed down in Nov 2014. I have not yet received any official intimation though. This firm had a staff strength of 12 persons, out of whom only 2(me and the peon) were on payroll and rest on contract basis.
Verbally, company says I would not get gratuity.
My question is whether I can claim gratuity when most of the staff was on contract and only I and the peon were on the payroll ? If yes, how should I proceed ?
Thanks in advance.

Sir, in case of test of finger print on recovered weapon from criminal the session court rejected it by saying that S.O (investigating officer) also handle the weapon and have some finger print on weapon but genuinely any officers not handle any recovered weapon with open hand plz provide some relevant information regarding this. If you provide any written documents regarding handling of recovered weapon by police must not be done with open hand, he or she must use some type of safeguards, it really favours a lot.
Thanks

Could you please let us know the legal validity of Marriage at Arya Samaj for a Muslim girl and Hindu boy
In Domestic violence act with the Petition i have filed list of my streedhan and maintenance application. all most all jwellaries given to me by my parents at the time of marrige. Initially court had suggested me and my advocate that the maintenance and streedhan matter to take up with entire case and ensure me that court will take up my matter fast. so, i have submitted my affidavit and my cross was completed.
Meanwhile i have changed advocate and judge was also transferred and new judge came . since last 3 years after filling this application affidavit of my two relatives were filed by us and their cross was taken up by advocate of opposite side. During this period I had suggested my advocate to take-up the matter of my streedhan in this case . He had not given proper attention and ignored this matter. Now my Husband had filed affidavit. His cross will be held in next dates. But i still want to get back my streedhan on most priority basis. Now i want to know at this stage is it possible to start the hearing on my streedhan Application and procedure to get back it . Please give me proper suggestion.
also give me other options to get back my streedhan.
Seeking urgent advice on dealing property inheritance fraud!
Respected Experts,
I found thid forum in google and very very hapy about this this great tool of service to the citizen of India!
Ama Muslim writing from Tamilnadu and I hope you can assist me by guiding with your valuable advice on the below property inheritance issues.
First of all am writing on behalf of my Mother, whom I feel to be nicely cheated by her brother (my uncle) with whom she still has more faith.
My grand father had owned many properties, which were all maintained by my uncle since after his death (approx 35years). My uncle had sold many properties without any consent of my mother.
Since last 10years when my mother has been asking for her share, that too because of us (her children)? After several struggle she received only 2 small properties (one is a half acre agricultural and other is 3000sq ft residential land). Later when we asked for more, they justify that as a female my mom has received enough. And me as a grandson have no any right to speak on it!
Now my uncle is trying or almost sold another big property, for selling this they never ask any NOC from my mother only for this time, when I got surprised and inquired the buyers, they say that since my mom has given full power rights to my uncle, it's not required my mother to give any NOC to sell it. We are totally shocked knowing this, because this hasn't happened to my mom's knowledge! We strongly doubt that this would have happened during the time she received the 2nd property (year 2011) they would have took her signature by cheating her by giving an understanding that it's a procedure to receive her property. (fyi - my mom is an illiterate she can hardly even sign properly, also I was not in country to read the document before making her sign). Now we feel so much cheated and humiliated!
We need to find a way to firstly get the rightful share of my mother her parents property as per the respective law and secondly we must teach them a good lesson (for my uncle, his allies, our community to whom they defame us in the society that we are so demanding and are very greedy, and including the buyer who is now buying one of a big agricultural property which is expected to get registered tomorrow 24th Dec '14).
The saddest part is when I inform this to my mom that necessary action to be taken against them, she says that she is very much scared from making her seen like enemy in her family and as a result she may lose their relationships at this old age.
Please give me a solution Sirs, as a son I can't digest it and feel very sad on seeing this injustices at this modern days which should have many protective laws.
Am very sincerely thanking you for the time and for your effort. Am looking forward to have your thoughts on the above expressed concerns at your soonest possible.
Thank you
