Confusion in experience certificate

thank you for answering my query. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness.
my colleague started teaching in 2013 however, it began as part time but in the same year he shifted to full time hours (after 6 months) and 2014 has been full time. however now he needs experience certificate for a government job application. how should the certificate be issued? should it mention full time from 2013 to 2014 or should it clearly mention part time tenure and full time tenure. He and we all want to be really sure so that no problem ensues in the future for him or for the institution.

In whatever manner the school likes,. Par time and full time both works as experience .

Then issue just for period he worked for full time.

If you are representing your friend (employee) obtain service certificate showing that the employee worked with school from dated..............to dated........ OR as part time from........dated.......to dated........and full time from dated.......to dated........
If the govt. job considers for eligibility full time experience only then obtain certificate showing full time experience tenure clearly.....
Don't conceal or don't fake it.

Don't provide false information. If you have already done then disciplinary action can be initiated against you.

Never give any false / wrong information while issuing experience certificate. It may create trouble to the employee in future.
