Is it possible for bank authority to evacuate lease holder from the premises in case of owner becoming defaulter in repayment of loan ? What is the remedy available to lease holder ? Please advice.

Under the CCS(CCA) Rules, Appeal of a Government Servant has been rejected against an Order of major penalty imposed, which penalty is much more severe vis a vis the charges proved. The Order relating to Appeal is not a speaking Order.
What are the remedies available to the Government servant.

i need to know to what extend hindu law applied to them and moreover any person to whom sharait Act is applied is muslim?

i m a pharmacy student. one of my freind who was to come to my house stole two of my cheques which was signed and they were blank cheques. he mis used it and took 4.5 lakhs from a local financer who does not have any registeration no or anything for running his business. one day the financer came to my house and said he is having my cheques and that friend of mine ran away and till date missing. my dad asked that financer whether my son gave u the cheques and he said no ur son did not but his frnd gave ...... i somehow recorded this conversation in my mobile i mean video recorded..... this financer is pressuring me a lot. i said him to file a case but he is not doing that..... what should i do plz reply me.... my studies is getting disturbed because of this tension what should i do.

Dear Sir,
My Wife ask for divorce after 6 months of marriage. firstly i denied to give divorce at that time. they said we will let u know our decision. till then no feedback has come from them. after 1 month i called her father and told them to send her to house they said she dont want to live with me. after thinking i also decided to give her divorce through MCD.
i want to ask can she ask for podgi as i agree for divorce through MCD.
