If a husband sells the flat owned by him before sending divorce notice to wife,can the wife get her share from the selling amount?

Dear Author,Once the husband sells his self acquired flat for his own reasons like debt etc before any Divorce Order regarding the same there should be No Issues

Wife can not claim any share during life of the husband specifically in the sold out property, which was sold in absence of any stay from court.
