What is the difference between P.L.C and P.L.M in Courts.?
If a member has following overdues for example
Arrears as on 1 Apr 21 - Rs 1,80,000 ... Balance on principal - Rs 1,50,000 ... interest on arrears - Rs 30000
Maintenance bill per month ... Rs 7500 and the member is paying Rs 10000 every month regularly after 1 Apr 21
How is the interest on arrears to be calculated every month after 1 Apr 21
Dear sir if any state give clarification for any caste to be included in schedule caste and after that clarification, a person of that state make his schedule caste certificate and then high court of that state stay tha clarification notice, only stay not Quashed. After that a person who make his schedule caste certificate , use his certificate for a govt job and selected for govt job. But there is a stay on the clarification notice. If in future the clarification notice quashed by high court then what will be with the person job. Will he safe for job or not if he will safe then under which quota schedule caste or another quota
Can any one take back there FIR done through online? What if not possible to take back? Is there any other way to quash FIR except from High Court?
A is an employee under central government who divorced his wife before 2019,her name was not entered in service book, the concerned department asking court decree of divorce which is not possible at all. What is the remedy of this problem? Is there any ruling?
I have filed a petition for fair rent in 2014 at Additional Rent Controller, Judges court, Alipur, Kolkata. The opposite party is my tenant, who was paying a monthly rent of Rs. 500. As for fair rent of Rs. 1600, I filed the petition. The matter is still sub-judice at the hearing stage, since 3 years as of date. It has been discovered after searching rent records that the opposite party has not deposited even a single month's rent with the Rent controller since the matter is in court.
Now, my query is, could I file an eviction suit simultaneously, on the ground that he is a defaulter since 2014 and has not deposited any rent with the Rent controller when the matter of fair rent is sub-judice with the Additional Rent Controller?

I have inherited a piece of land from my deceased sister in Tamil Nadu. the Original Sale deed as well as the transfer deed shows the area of the land as 1744 sq ft. There is a house built on this land after proper survey was done by the Tahsildar, and building plans approval by the Panchayat.
The Field Measurement Book records also show this land to be 1744 sq ft.
However the Patta shows the measurement as 1600 sq ft. I didn't notice the discrepance earlier since the patta figures are given in hectares,
How can I get the patta discrepancy corrected?

.Mr. Vasant sold his land bearing Sy.No: 140 to Ramappa. Thereafter he sold one more land 141 to Somappa. both lands are abutting to each other. Ramappa put in possession of the land sold according to the boundaries mentioned in his sale deed, but unfortunately the boundaries mentioned in the sale deed are belongs to Sy.NO: 141. In the same way Somappa's boundaries are belongs to Sy.No: 140. Now somappa is claiming the land of Ramappa who is in actual possession of the land as of his own based on the survey number what he purchased.
What will be the remedy ?
I give a land as security to get 2 lakh rupees.now amount came up to higher than 2 lakh due to failure in repayments.it means loan amount is higher than value of land which gave as security .Can lender attach additional land from me thru court? Can lender claim my another land?

There are 2 property case going on
1 case has mine land property in which brother is claming full money even when all property papers like Land registry ,mutation ,sale deed ,Khatauni on bhulekh all papers is in mine name only .
what he is doing in this case he is telling court that he want full money for mine property as it was purchased with fathers huf account money . and father gave money from Huf to me and i purchased land from that money , land regisrty is approx 35 years old.
what is interesting i was never part of Huf as it was never formed .
Father cant give any money to married daughter he is giving this rule which is not correct according to law. Father has earn lakhs of money he has right to use his money how can he stop even if this is correct that father gave me money . Father is no more and father disown mine brother already 15 years ago for threating to kill him for fighting with him for troubling mine mother and fir was already filed by mine father in this matter at time of disowing him.
also when mine father died he troubled mine mother age 80 years approx so so much that she has to left her own house and stay with other brother (house registry in mine fathers and mothers name)

in other property case mine brother telling girls dont have right in fathers property so he is not giving me any share in fathers property ( shop , land , money in bank account)
so he is not giving me share in fathers property and neither allowing me money for mine own property , as he is telling proof that i mineself paid money for mine property .
he never told court registry is who's name , only creating confusing everytime giving written questions to mine lawyer on court date and asking him written answer , this is going from many years .
father is no more and father disown mine brother already 15 years ago for which he is still fighting and never won case that case till mine father was alive .
he is giving false statements in court .

will this case comes in blackmail , extrotion , fraud with me and fraud with court as he is giving false statements in court.
