My housing society sent their security guard to shout at me in-front of my house and pick up a quarrel with me over a parking issue. Unfortunately, I have no video evidence of it. Can i take any legal action the person or housing society? The housing society has restricted guests car parking inside society premises and one of my guests had parked without knowing it. I was ready to take it but without hearing it the security guard shouted and was about to hit me. Please let me know if any legal action can be taken against it.

An investor has invested in the business and I am supposed to run/manage the show. I will not be paid any salary but will have a fixed percent of share in the profits.I will have no liability of the losses. Is this kind of partnership valid?

We started a small set up for resale of EV (Electric Vehicles) 2 wheeler in Trichy, Tamilnadu by purchasing from an assembler of EV based at Noida.
When we bought vehicles, the assembler assured mileage of 60 kms with a single charge of 48 V 30 Ah lithium ion battery (with a sticker on top of the battery). On reselling the same we found that vehicles are giving only 40 kms mileage and subsequently we requested the assembler to exchange with new ones.
He is not agreeing for the same. we were cheated by the assembler. we are at huge loss.
kindly suggest in this regard to get the compensation.

I had worked under PSU and retired in 2017. I had not been paid with Gratuity. I had filed Form N under Payment of Gratuity Act to Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central). They had sent the copy of Form N to my employer calling for comments from them. There is no mention of any date for submission of comments. What is the time can granted for comments? What is the Normal period that may be taken by the ALC to pass a final order? Please clarify as I am representing as Party In-person.
Thanks to the Learned Advocates in advance.

Various battalions of state special armed forces are set up at various locations by the State Government. The battalion is headed by an IPS officer Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. has allotted a retail petroleum outlet to the battalion. The battalion got allotted PAN under the Government Category (PAN-AVCGB1453K) and also got GSTIN before commencement of business of selling petrol and diesel. The turnover during the year 2021-22 was Rs.8.53 crores and net profit was Rs.9.75 lacs.
Please advise whether the battalion is required to get its account audited u/s 44AB of Income Tax Act, 1961 and whether it is required to file its return of income. What would be the status of battalion for filing return of income, which ITR would be applicable and what would be the rate of income tax.

I had made complaint to District Caste Scrutiny Committee (Maharashtra) 3 years back against false certificate of a person. Till date neither Final order is made on my complaint nor any hearing is done in last 10 months. As per Rule 19 of Caste Validity Rule, 2000 Committee will give its decision within 6 months of complaint filed date.
As already gone pass 3 years, can I file petition to High Court to ask Committee to give its decision within next 6 months ?
