I have purchased one land from ScheduleTribe person with all approval from govt.in 2010 and mutation it in my name.

To add a missed document by revision/appeal petition

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have lost a civil land case against my uncle in district court. The district court has delivered judgment on 06.03.2015. But the court has not issued the copy/ final order till. Please advise me the following my doubts.
1. I missed to submit one land evidence (record) in district court but now judgment has delivered, is it possible to add a record in this case by revision petition in district court?
2. How long time limit to apply for appeal in high court after revision petition process finished (judgment delivered) in the district court?

Thank you Sir.

Proprety dispute

Dear Sir,

We have a property purchased by my grandfather and his brother long time back in Uttrakhand district Champawat. The property has been transferred after my grandfather death to my father. The property is in possession of my father's cousin brother for more then 50 years. There was a house build by my grandfather and his brother. Recently they have extended the same house and removed it's tiled roof and converted in concrete roof without our consent. They are not giving the possession land as well as house to us. Kindly advise

Non occupancy charges being added to my maintenance bill since the last two months

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am residing in my mother's house since the last nine years with my husband and child in Panvel. My mother is staying with my sister in Chembur. Since the last two months our society committee has levied non occupancy charges on us. I asked them the reason and they are saying that a daughter cannot reside at her mother's house. The house has to be in my name. I found this reason very weird. I would like to know whether I have to pay the charges as per the housing society act which clearly states that such charges are not meant for daughters.
Seeking your legal advice in this matter urgently.

Thanking you.
With Regards
Ms Sharmistha Ghosh
