my wife and her family didnt allow my son to attend the engagement ceremony of my brother.Infact they crossed all the limits and snatched my son from my hand.We tried a lot to convince her and her family but they behaved like goons threatening us.With regards to civil suit for child custody under Guardian & wards how can i start this as I want my son to attend the marriage of my brother in november.I hope that court will give the order by then if i initiate it now.Also whats ur view on me getting child custody as he wil be 5 years old in november and his education is also being impacted.My wife is a house wife and she has no source of income.Also she has left for small village in bihar with my son.Hope that court will consider that child will have better future and education with me in bangalore.I am still waiting for my wife to relent till june.She is not willing to give me divorce too.please advice

Dear Sir, My parents have been purchased a land during the year 1992. Please note the following: (A-PARTY : B-PARTY ---- C-PARTY (Dead not alive) : D-PARTY) A-party has sold to land to B party and it is registered ( I am having the copy of the same). B party has sold the land to C party through GPA. It is not registered or got any sale deed. C party has given to us (Dparty) through GPA which is GPA registered from sub register office. During 1992 up to 2002 it was under CMC and got Khata and extract. We have paid up to date tax and also BBMP Khata / Extract & PID in our name recently. Now I am planning to sale the land, but i am facing lot of problem from each and every one by misguiding me. I am really fed up of get hearing from each and every one The concerned customers are informing that the land has been got only GPA registration in Sub-register office and no registration has been done. We have paid all the taxes up to date and also betterment charges to the Government. Actually the customer are telling if you sell the land it will be registered in my name. But C party relatives comes and do any problem in future. You have to face it (D Party). One of the broker is telling that he is try to sell the land to one of the customer, Every one telling that it has GPA registered and there is no problem. Actual please note it is not GPA and it is GPA registered in sub register office and paid betterment charges and got Khata & Extract from CMC during 1992. Later the land converted to BBMP from CMC. I have given the document to BBMP and they have given me EC & Khata & Extract. Now we are trying to sell the land but the party & broker is telling that while selling the land it will get registered. They are telling we will look after the problems if it raise from C party. I am not able to believe them both party and broker. I want to go under legal terms because I do not want face any problem after selling the land and also in future. They are also informing that they will get the constent witness signature from the GPA son or wife. I am not able believe the words, they are bluffing and trying to CHEAT me. i informed them once you get the constent witness signature letter we will go for registration or else please give us in writing that if any thing happens in future the party will face the things under notary agreement. But they are telling there is an conditional clause that any things happen you have to come solve the cases. Please note all the records are in our name. I do not how to proceed further. please inform me that if i sell the land to the party and if party is ready to take the land. Is it possible that GPA person (C Party relatives or wife or son) can put case or do any problem to us during selling of land or even after selling in future. If so it holds good or bad. Please inform me how to proceed further immediately.
PLEASE INFORM ME THAT AFTER SELLING THIS LAND TO OTHER PARTY AND HOPE HE GETS THE SALE DEED AND ALSO ALL THE RECORDS WILL BE TRANSFERRED IN THE NAME OF PARTY.
AFTER SELLING CAN C-PARTY CAN COME AND FIGHT WITH US AND ALSO WITH PARTY. IS IT TRUTH.
SO HOW I CAN CLOSE THIS DEAL. PLEASE SIR…

Dear Experts,
Wife filed for maintenance u/s 125 Cr.P.C. in a magistrate court. Maintenance was ordered. Husband appeals against the order. Appeal not yet admitted by the High Court. Pending admission for several months. Husband had already filed for divorce in a family court. Huge arrears of maintenance pending. Wife files an application for stay of matrimonial proceedings till arrears of maintenance is cleared. The registry has questioned the main tenability of the Stay Application filed by the wife. Any judgments in favour of the Wife?

Hi all,
I recently paid Rs.100000 for purchase of a flat which cost Rs.3500000 and it is under construction, for a token money we paid Rs.100000, due to ill health and other health conditions iam not in a position to purchase the house.
Went to the Construction company to recover the money, they are rejected to pay the token amount of Rs.100000. I told the construction company to deduct the processing fee and pay the balance amount.
My question is if i go to Consumer forum can i get the advance amount paid Rs.100000.
Please advice.

In a long pending suit for partition family members settled the dispute by agreeing to sell the property and device the sale proceeds as per settlement . High court Delhi decreed the settlement. Does this decree require registration and stamp duty as per total value of property.

Sir ,
I had filed acomplaint under Sec 138 on 1-1-2013 of NIA and got the compesation by order of the court from the accused for the offence committed by the accused on 1-02- 2015 .
Sir ,
can I file a separate civil suit for rcovery of the same cheque amount ?
As I understand the compensation / fine given , dischrge the accused from his criminal liabilities only but do not exonerate the civil liabilty .

Dear Sir My question is Will case under trial ipc 408 has any impact on passport request ?
As passport is a important document not only to travel abroad but as a ID too for Job and business point of view. if a person is working in a travel industry or travel business and require passport but he is having a case under trial IPC 408. What will be the impact for issuing a new passport.

Does the 498a is an obstacle to join in govt sect./banks ?
498A and two more cases are filed against our family members,as my brother married an another Girl...why and how he took that step was :
My brother married first in at the end of 2009yr....he was working under micro finance...
Then on the job role he got transferd from one place to another place. so he took along with him his wife too....so they were gng well.... but once she said i will go to myparents house and come back in week....but not it continued like that for year..so my parents and with caste elders made an meeting , they said we will send our daughter ..but no.. like this they continued 2 to 3 times.
so by court my brother sent notices to come back ..but not...
so my brother did second marriage.....
on the marriage day they came up with police and arrested my brother ...and case is field against us....(the fact here is i was not aware and bot present in the marriage , i was working at different place (another state))
now the hearing s are going on ...
So my question is "I am preparing for Govt jobs that tooo for BANK JOBS" and one more is if i apply for passport , should i fill the details like case is there or not ?
How to Quash my name ?
In job application should i fill the details of cases or not ?
So what are the precautions i should take care ?
