I HAVE GIVEN POA TO DEAL AND SELL A PIECE OF LAND BELONGING TO ME ABOUT 2 YEARS BACK. NOTHING HAS TRANSPIRED IN THE LAST 2 YEARS WRT THE DISPOSAL. CAN I NOW REVOKE THE POA GIVEN

I have made a claim on my Bank as an ex employee for promotion. The bank has taken an opinion on the same from their panel lawyer. I have asked for the gist of the opinion as well as copy of the same through an application under RTI act 2005.They have replied that it is the intellectual property not covered under RTI.Is it correct? If not how I do I proceed further?

Dear Sir,
I got married on 16th March 2015 since then she started troubling me and my parents on many issues.
Now she is livng with her parents and asking me to arrange for a new house to live with me as she do not want to live with my parents. I spoke with her i tried to convince her but she is very rigid in her decision
But i can not live my mother (my father expired) as her health is not good condition and also i have to take care of my grand parents who live with us.
Please suggest/advise me on how to bring my wife back to my home in any way...

Dear in 2014 I was a bank officer but I resigned from service meanwhile in the procees of resigned and new joining I found two month double salary .then is it a crime please clarify me what I m do....

s.1(2) of drc states "such urban areas included before 1958 in areas provided in the first schedule". Now it can be inferred that even if an area has been included in areas provided in first schedule, still it has to be an urban area for the applicability of the DRC ACT. Now no furthur notification is to be found of urbanisation of that area. My question is will still be DRC ACT applicable on that area and from BDO office through through RTI it has been answered that the particular area is rural. Please provide your valuable opinion and suggestions if any.

Hello everyone. Please help me. Here is all what happened w/ me before 2 years.
I got married on 9th Dec 2012. I already had few issues with my wife and her family before marriage but we still got married. They were after my money.
I belong to Ahmedabad but do my job in delhi and so I came to delhi after 2 weeks of marriage and I could not bring her to Delhi because of financial issues.
She could not adjust with my family and left the home on 17th April 2013. She also signed a letter saying that she wanted divorce and she does not want to live with me. I did not have any issue and so I was ok. She came to my home along with her mother somewhere around may/june 2013 to take all the stuff she get from her home for marriage. we gave them all things and they also singed the letter that we do not owe anything to her now.
I am not in contact with her since then and it is almost more than 2 years. My father tried to contact their family for mutual consent divorce but now they are saying that they want 15 lacs which is well beyond possible.
I talked to my lawyer and she filed divorce petition sometime in January. my wife did not come on first hearing. her mother and sister came without any lawyer, Court then gave date of 28th April, 2015. nobody appeared from their side and now we got new date i.e. 7th July 2015.
Please let me know your comments what should be the next steps. I also have a print out of Shaadi.com which was created by her and status was "Awaiting for Divorce". She does not want to come and I also do not want to live with her.but they are not ready for divorce. I was planning to distribute her profile in her city and village to defame her and her family members but that's the last option.

Dear Sir, we are a project with 2 societies in one plot of land, wherein one society A is managed by society themselves and other society B is still with builder due to incomplete project. With lot of hardship, we have managed to make builder pay penalty for regularisation of society A, but now after regularisation of construction whoch was done without CC, society A has put in an objection with BMC to not allow builder to use premium FSI to take CC for pending construction of Society A and B both, so now what can society B do to get CC for pending construction without NOC of society A? Pls guide!

Sir/Madam my uncle is going to buy a property(residential plot) but my friend told me that sometimes owners can have done an agreement on property with any other person.sir my question is that suppose if owner have done any type of agreement with any other person and he does registry on my uncle's name in jda(the plot is jda approved and the registry will be done in jda Jaipur development authority's office) than can my uncle face any type of problem or the registry can be revoked.And what can we do to safely buy a property.plz help....

I am not sure of this thread to be proper but accordingly posted
I wish to file an appeal to HC against an order passed to a contempt petition filed by CAT. Therefore, please help me with these below isssues.
1. Under what provisions, an appeal to HC from contempt order of CAT is maintainable?
2. A third party (who is not a party to the suit) filed reply in affidavit in CAT, Hon'ble judge passed the order without considering the objections to it when raised by petitioner......
3. If someone could provide me with Format of Appeal to HC from Contempt Order of CAT (if could be provided by anyone).
4. Whether such appeal is maintainable or writ to HC needs to be filed?

Sec 14 of sarfeasi act under magistrate court
Good Morning Respected Members
can CMM Proceeding for Sec 14 of sarfeasi act be contested by the purchaser. Since there is already a pcr proceeding before the same CMM court against the fininical instution for cheating file by the purchaser .
1. Can i contest the CMM case and call for evidences from the finincal instution thn leave it to the discreation of the Hon'ble Magistatre to pass on the orders?
2.Even the purchaser must get a Opportunity to file his objection against the documents submitted by the finanaical instustion to claim for the possesion order
3.Is there any citation whr the purchaser has right to contest the case before the orders are passed by the Hon'ble Magistrate
