Sir,
My brother has filed the Tax Evasion Petition against FIL on 2012 and then filed the RTI in May 2013 ...The DIT refused to give reply..Then he filed the first appeal which was rejected in july 2013 and therafter he filed the second appeal and waited for nearly 1 year
Received no reply from CIC, he filed the Write Petition before the High court and was admiutted and issued notices to the respondents ..The respondent ahs fileed the reply and is now pending for diaposal for next week...
sudddenly my brother received the notice of CIC and hearing will be scheduled for last week of septemeber
In such circumstances what approach is best before the High Court?
Whether he should furnish the recent update of hearing of CIC ?(HE HAS MENTIONED IN THE PETITION THAT HE FILED THE SECOND APPEAL)
or allow the High court to dipose the petition on merits??
Please guide us

Dear Sirs,
It is written in the Constitution of India that ordinance shall cease to operate at teh expiration of six weeks from the date of reassembly of Parliament. It is in respect of N.I. Ordinance recently promulgated on June 15. Is it still effective, or disapproved or cancelled?

I have the jewellery shop in gujarat in small village.My age is 51.One day two ladies came to sell the old chain at my shop,as the ladies are frm our village i had buyed the chain frm them on trust as they doesnt have the bill.They said it was too old and the bill is being lost.They said i have to pay the school fees of my child.I had buyed the chain frm them.After a month police came with one of the ladies said that she had sold the chain here was being theft by a guy.One guy had snatched that chain frm other village.The guy who had snatched the chain had given it to his friend.The friend had given chain to his wife.Friends wife and wifes mother(who sell vegetable in our village market)both came to sell the chain.we had accepted that i had buyed the chain frm those ladies.
The police told us to come to the police station tommorrow as i went there they had arrested me.I had deposited the gold 20grm in police station.I didnt got bail fr civil court on that day.I got bail after 15days frm session.
The police had nt arrested both the ladies.wat should we do nw.
can we go fr quashing in high court? or we should wait fr chargesheet?
I think the police will show in charge sheet that we had buyed the chain frm thief friend.Help me.I need ur expert advice

hELLO ALL EXPERT
IN MY CASE the sole plaintiff has expired and bringing the legal heir in the suit the application was made before small causes court however the same was rejected as the same was made after 5 years. Now weather i have to file appeal against the order otr revvision and even for the same also almost the 1 year has passed. Kidly adviced.

I am army pensioner my wife is leaving in adultery and the family court has ordered me to pay maintenance to my wife from my pension. Sir can a wife get maintenance from pension during life time of a army person.

भाइयो मेने मेरी वाइफ पर सेक्शन 9 का केस लगाया था अप्रैल 2015 में क्योंकि वो पिछले 2 साल से मेरे साथ नहीं रह रही थी।
लगातार 3 डेट को वो नहीं आई।
फ़ोन करके बुलाने पर वो चौथी बार में आई।
कॉउंसलिंग हुई।
मुझसे पूँछा गया क्या में रखना चाहता हूँ
मेने कहा हाँ पर बिना किसी सर्त के।
वाइफ ने कहा वो भी मेरे साथ वापस जाना चाहती है पर उसकी कुछ सर्ते है जो मुझे लिखित में कोर्ट के सामने उसको देनी होगी।
कौन्सेलर ने पूँछा क्या सर्ते हैं
तो बोली
की में लिख कर दूँ
- की में उसके साथ कभी मार पीट नहीं करूँगा।
-दहेज़ नहीं मांगूंगा।
-मेन्टल टॉर्चर नहीं करूँगा।
मेने साफ़ मना कर दिया की में ऐसा कुछ भी लिख कर देने वाला नहीं हूँ और बिना किसी सरतों के वापस चलना हो तो आज ही ले जाने को तैयार हूँ।
पर वो नहीं मानी तो कौन्सेलर ने अगली बार सोच समझकर आने को कहा।
और 1 महीने बाद की डेट दी।
पर उस डेट पर कोई नहीं आया।
अभी 27 को नेक्स्ट डेट थी और वो भी आई थी
वो अपनी सर्तो पर अड़ी है
सेक्शन 24 हिन्दू विवाह अधिनयम में 20000 हर महीना 20000 अब तक खर्च हुआ जो केस में वो और 3000 रूपये हर एक पेसी पर उसको चाहिए उसने ऐसा आवेदन दिया है।
अगली डेट 8 सेप्टेम्बर को है।
मुझे क्या करना चाहिए????
पेशे से में एक चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट हूँ
मेरी इनकम करीब 600000 रूपये पर इयर है।
