We are 20 odd people who are legal heir of a property acquired by the Govt long ago. We are to file compensation claim now.
A few queries to respected Sirs and Madams---
1. Who will sign the Vakalnama and Petition etc? Will it be practical to get the signatures of all the people on the Vaklatnama/ Petition/ Writ etc or should we prepare a "special power of attorney" appointing one or two people to sign on behalf of all the others?
2. I am also wondering, how the claim will be given, I mean in whose name? As 20 people are involved so should we open a joint bank account for this purpose or what?
Thanks in advance,
Pooja Sharma

I signed a contract with a company that if I leave company before 18 month of service . I shall be liable to serve 3 month notice period or 3 month salary in lieu . I joined the company as accounts manager .After completion of 1 month I comes to know that company involve in financial irregularities and does not maintain books of accounts nor take care of any statutory dues like service tax, tds . I convey this fact to management but management don't take any action in this regard. Finally I leave the company without serving notice period . Now company file a suit of arbitration for recovery of 3 month salary .
What's remedies available for me ..

Court fees in section 6 specific performance and admissibility in evidence
Dear Ld. Experts
what is the court fee payable when a suit under s.6 of specific performance is to be filed, when I am relying on one registered GPA(blood relationship) for my one property and other is unregistered GPA(notarized) for the other both have consideration value 0.
Is unregistered GPA admissible in evidence, I also have other evidences like electricity bills, police DD and a witness.
