Dear Ld. Experts
what is the court fee payable when a suit under s.6 of specific performance is to be filed, when I am relying on one registered GPA(blood relationship) for my one property and other is unregistered GPA(notarized) for the other both have consideration value 0.
Is unregistered GPA admissible in evidence, I also have other evidences like electricity bills, police DD and a witness.
