Hii...I belongs to Muslim community and I'm 23 years of old in love with a girl who is one year younger than me. We live in a very conservative society. The problem is that the girl's parents are against our relationship and they want to do her marriage with her close ones. When I sent my dad's friends to her home ,the girl said she doesn't know me due to her dad's torture. He is saying to produce proofs if any. I have lot of proofs (chats & photographs). Shall I proceed showing proofs to them or not? If yes,will they file any case on me on pretext of blackmailing her? I'm in a Dilemma..we both love each other very much. Kindly help me..pls

Sir/mam ...i have file a rape case on someone on July but police koi help Ni kar rhi neither they arrest him not take any interrogation because his father is in police(HCP) and they give money to my IO and other officers also...my father is a cancer patient he cannot go anywhere with me.. Mai officers k yaha jaa k thak gyi hu... Plz suggest me what should I do plz give me the suggestion...

My query is that my husband being an accused in 498a,406(only CHALLAN has been submitted to court)already living abroad on work visa (indian citizen) and shfting from that foreign country to another foreign country without letting know the court.
1. What can i do the best as how is it possible for him to get PCC(police clearance certificate from foreign land being an Indian Citizen ??
2. As now he has moved from one foreign country to another foreign country , he will not pay me maintenance as after the order of maintenance he is telling court that he has left the job from that foreign country and moved to another foreign country for further studies without letting know the court (came to know from some source ).what should i do ?
3.He is also seeking exemption from personal appeanace in HC.if he gets that then he will marry some girl over dere and i will not be able to do anything sitting here .
4.Is dere any way to get him out from foreign land ?

in my case of 498a, the Government Pleader appears on behalf of opposite party. Is he allowed to work as counsel despite holding public office?

In our service rule method of appointments is 75% from amongst auditor who have passed SAS examination on Seniority cum fitness basis. our contention is that seniority list showing qualifiers of earlier session senior en bloc to latter may be prepared and then principle of seniority cum fitness be applied. but deppt prepares seniority from date of joining post and then promote senior auditor whether he qualifies dept latter than his juniors.

Greetings All,
My name is Senthil. I got married in NOV 2014 and we hardly stayed together, due to several misunderstandings, we separated. I was being too honest and filled the application for passport as Separated. I did not know the annexe K factor. I don't know any judge here to get it attested, it says it needs first class magistrate or executive magistrate attestation on non-judicial paper. Please can someone help me on how to go about this? Sir,I registred property favour of second wife son as minor,first wife dont have kids and she is applied for crpc 125,does first wife have authority to aquire minor property..pls suggest..
