Minor(guardian appointed by court) became 18+ on sale deed

Dear Experts,
Looking for your advise on foll. scenario. A large land parcel was bought in the names of 3 children (C1, C2, C3) by guardian Mother (M) in 1980. Few yrs later in 1989, both father (F) and mother (M) approached court to sell that land parcel into housing plots. Court appointed both father (F) and mother (M) as guardian for children(C1 to C3) property and advised to sell them into plots within 2 yrs and deposit money in court on behalf of C1 to C3. All three children were minor at this time of guardian appointment. But when few house sites were sold in 1991 (within 2 yrs timeframe), C1 has become 18+, but still only F and M had signed the sale deed while selling it to X. C1 didn't sign that sale deed.

Qsts
1) Is the 1991 sale deed valid? Shouldn't C1 have signed the 1991 sale deed as he was 18+ then
2) Now can i buy that property from X ?

Technical resignation

Currently I am working in center govt (SSB department) for last 4.5 years. My employment has been confirmed here. Now I want to join another department(Ministry of home affairs). SSB is providing me technical resignation to join ministry of Home affairs. On 02/12/2022 I will join ministry of Home affairs.

In April 2023, I will get one more joining letter from CAG department.

Query:-
1. Will I be on probation period again in Ministry of home affairs or Previous employment(SSB) confirmation will be taken as employment confirmation in Home affairs Ministry job.

2. Can I get technical resignation from Ministry of home affairs for joining CAG department in April 2023.

Buying property of deceased from widow with minor kids

I'm looking to purchase a residential plot whose owner passed away 18 months ago. As per the legal heir certificate, the deceased person left behind a 41-year-old wife and three small children (two boys and one girl, aged 16 yrs, 8 yrs. and 10 yrs. respectively). What precautions should I take right away while registering the property under my name in order to defend myself from any claims made against me in the future?

Resignation process

I have been working in it company last 6 months, now I got central government job. At the time of medical I disclosed my employment so now they are asking reliving letter at the time of joining. In it company notice period is 3 month. But in Central government calling me immediate joining so am very depressed how to get reliving letter from my company.
Can anyone help this.

Apartment owners association in kerala

Respected Peers,

There should be some important mandatory documents/specifications/Acts/laws to be adhered to make a good byelaw for an Apartment Owners Association (kerala state), I understand.
Please provide me those reference documents we should follow adhered to make very good bylaw.
And also please guide me on this regard with further additional info.

Eligibility under sra

My father bought a flat in Dadar in 1992. It's self acquired not ancestral and in his name only. My adhar card is on this dadar address. In 2014 , I bought a slum in Borivali in my name. I have electricity bill and chain of agreement from 1994 so the structure is from before 1994 . After buying I changed the electricity bill in my name in 2014. Me my wife or children do not own any other property in Mumbai. My room has gone under PAP as a DP road passes over it. The BMC officer says I am not eligible for PAP housing as my Adhar card shows my father's house address and hence he says I have two houses in Mumbai. It's not true as the dadar house is in my father's name but he does not agree. Please advise

Sanitation area around your house in gaothan

I made a bore well within 3 feet of my house in Village Site area ( Gaothan) in Ratnagiri Maharashtra which is on road side and inside the boundaries of my house, all the house boundaries are not taken into consideration for tax collection. Can the grampanchayat remove my water supply of bore well.

Conversation recordings b/w my wife and her family members

I have recorded a conversation between my wife and her father and other family members, while they are arguing about forceful marriage done by them, during their conversation, i am also present in the room, but my voice is not present, so, is it allowed to submit in the court as a proof ?, does it constitutes any privacy violation ? , because I am in the room but i was silent and recording their conversation, so is it good idea to use as a evidence in the court, that my wife was forced to marry.

Regarding mental harassment of my 3rd class kid

Hi, I am a mother of 3rd class kid, he is studying in Sunflower Public School in Aligarh. The principal in that school is very mean, she continuously harras him. She is humiliating many children and their parents, many parents complain about her bad behavior. Kindly sue her from her position. My kid cry every day. He is harassed this much that he became introvert continuously. Such kind of principals or any authority in the school should be suspended from their post. Kindly help me. I am very afraid off her. Please I need help. I am very sad and upset.
