SIR,i have bought a flat in kolkata area with sanctioned loan from bank and registration certificate too..though i dont have mutation in corporation but some other owners do have..now another owner of land adjacent to our flat is claiming that some of our land is his part..now what can i do?is the other owner will be able to record our property in his name?if you kindly suggest something on this manner..other owner is claiming that it has erroneously been allocated and recorded by our previous owner though our previous owner has mutation on this land as i said..

Post dated cheques were issued as per norms (monthly installment basis)maintaining dates such as 09/02/2016 and maintaining the same date for subsequent months in February/March and like that to an electronics company .Suddenly the A/C Holder  is dead (passed away)What will be the fate of this Post Dated Cheques.Can the Electronics Company still credit the cheque from the bank.There is Sufficient Amount Remaining in The Bank A/C(Single Holder  A/C,No Nominee even) from where the cheques are issued.I as the deceased's son is in favour of payment to the company.Please help .

Brief description
1) under section 27, Can I file EA on the priority basis, in respect to only one specific decree about flat possession as ordered by the state forum?. I am afraid, FA disposal may take long time so wish to rush for the possession.
(In the FA, opponent appealed to set aside the state forum order aside.., But here is no merit in his allegations...moreover, opp did not specifically prayed against the flat possession decree... Full payment has been settled by me with opp party as per the state court order)
2) There are 2 other decrees in my favour in respect to the compensations...And I want to file separate EA for compensation decree under sec 25, once the FA by the Opp (in pendency) is disposed off by the National forum... Is it possible to proceed this way?

to relinquish his rights over the pledged property. The loan was sanctioned. ARUN neither transferred his property nor was he
a collateral to the loan.

from 01.04.15 we have got a centralized ST no.
can we use input tax of said 8 stats in centralized ST return, if yes, kindly provide procedure pls. if not, do we have to apply for refund?
