Hello, the great lawyers! my wife has filed a case u/s dv 2005 act in june 2015. Now she has filed private 498a along with IPC 504 506 323 34.is it a trap for me to get arrested by police has been set by her lawyer?! my query is that whether the police will arrest me and my all family members when i appear in court in DV case date? what are the stages of Private 498a and what should i do to fight it properly without being arrest by police. How much time it will take to obtain anticipatory bail and what is the procedure for AB. PLEASE GUIDE ME COZ MY DATE IN DV AND 498A IS SAME ON 14.03.2016. Thank you with the best hopes.

Dear all,
Today my bail plea for 307 nd 498@ is postponed instead of fabrable IO report nd many other valid documents like my wife psychological reports. As one of my neighbour name is also there in the fir along with total 9 other accused along with me. Honerable court asked IO to present personaly for hearing in the next date. And also asked to my lawyer to present some document to show the given neighbour is not in my blood relation.
I became little demoralised as it was clear with all the evidence is in favour of us. Lt judge may get confused as how come so many documents is in favour of us. One mass pitition is also there, so he questioned whether we r influencial or not.
Is there any cause of worries in this stage. Keeping and producing many documents is harmful? I am worried and confused too. It was said before that tolerate as much as u can to gather proof now is it becoming boomerang?

One of my friend started Dwcra group in prakasam district with ten membersa in that one lady who was working as RTC conductor was joined in that group with fake documents is it possible to take legal action against that lady

Respected members of the community, I have a couple of questions if I may. I've sold my motorcycle last year on November 20 2015, the owner still hasn't transferred the ownership to his name, however he has paid his Insurance upto date.
Can we use a 20 Rupee NJ-Stamp paper to validate the agreement of sale? Can it be used as an evidence, just in case if there are any mishaps on the second owner side, or if he sells to anyone without the transfer of ownership?
Secondly, can we use 1 Rupee revenue stamp on a paper stating sale of ownership of a motorcycle, signed by the acquirer, will the court accept it as an evidence of sale, just in case if there are any accident/death?
Your help, guidance is much appreciated.

379 IPC के एक केस में दोषी का इकबालिया बयान लिखा गया जब वो पुलिस हिरासत में था .उसके बाद गवाहों का बयान अ /ध 161 Cr.PC लिखा गया.बरामदगी के बाद किसी गवाह का बयान बरामदगी के संबध में नहीं लिखा गया न ही किसी आजाद गवाह को लिया गया जहाँ दोषी रहता था .फर्द बरामदगी पर सिर्फ शिकायतकर्ता , उसकी बहन और एक सहायक थानेदार को गवाह रखा गया 5 चीजे बरामद नहीं हुई और 5 चीजें बरामद हई कुल 10 चोरी हने की बात कही गयी FIR में चीजें उस को मुंशी/त्फ्तीशी अफसर ने भाईचारे में शिकायतकर्ता को पहले से ही दे दिया था जिस में रेलवे की टिकट. ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस,आधार कार्ड और 2 में से 1 एटीएम कार्ड क्या ये बरामदगी मान्य है .

Hi,
My Passport expired in 2013 and in my expired Passport by mistake I had given my mother name as Shakeera Begum where as my Mother actual name is Shakeera Bee.
As per Her passport, Bank account and Aadhar card her name is Shakeera Bee which is the right one.
Now, I want to get this name corrected in my passport reissue so that I may plan to take her on Visit Visa or HAJ in future along with me as my Father expired. She will be dependent on me.
Initially Passport customer care on toll free number told me to just submit my mother's passport and they will do name correction. On appointment day, PSK Granting officer put my application on Hold and asking for Annexure E with two paper AD's and ID proof.
Please answer my questions !
Annexure E and two paper AD's are compulsory ??
Addresses:
1) Her address mentioned on her Passport is "ABCDEF" issued on 01/05/2012 (rented House, already left that place)
2) Her present address on her Aadhar card is "XYZ" issued on 30/06/2012 (Presently she stays with my brother at this address)
3) My Address as per my all Address proofs & passport re issue application is " GHIJKL" the same address am staying and given on passport application.
(NOTE: all 3 addresses are in hyderabad itself)
In Annexure 'E' and Paper AD's Which Address should I mention???? Address 1 or Address 2 or Address 3 ???
I'm interested to keep her present address in paper AD that is as per Aadhar card.
Please let me know sample Name change AD.
I am from Hyderabad.. Telangana State !

my brother and I are both engineers,my brother works in a company wherein he was compelled to sign an agreement stated that neither he nor his family members/blood relations can indulge into similar trade as that of his company.
now I want to start a company of dealing with similar kind of business. will I be able to start a company of that sort??
moreover if not I have a question that how can he can he mortgage my rights of bread and butter??

All Payments to builders is from my saving accounts, Also loan has been in both name due to higher eligibility please advice
