About govt job

Sir,
Am Sanjeev, 30 year old. Am working in a private sector from last 8 years. Now I got a job in Govt sector and now i need to attend medical exam. But the problem is 10 years back i was arrested (may b under IPC section 324, 326, 327), and the case was solved after one year in court, i mean 9 years back and it is now closed. And at present I don't have any cases.Now please tell is this pose any problem in future. And also tell me if they ask any clearance certificate how can i get and from where......? Please suggest me......
