Hello sirs,
I joined central government on 5th sep 2014 as MTS through Staff selection commission. I applied for a post of LDC in Ordinance factory on 31.10.2015 after intimating to my employer in writing (since in their notification it was clearly mentioned to intimate the parent organisation and should be in possesion of NOC when required). The result of the written exam for LDC was published on march 2016 which I qualified. I applied for NOC to my dept and they gave me the same. My probation is 1 year only. But I did not get any confirmation order till now .
Can you guide me which resignation I can give? Ordinary or Technical? Can i get my past 22 months service added up in new service?
And how long can i retain my quarters if I switch job technically or ordinarily?

Builder has constructed building and than in the basement illegally constructed shops which as per approved plan was parking. and then sell those shops to various purchaser by unregistered document in the year 1999. agreements are there. The new shop purchaser than got electricity bill, gumasta licence, sale tax etc about their posseession and than in the year 2006 the munacipality has demolished all shps being illegal. than in the year 2007 the builder has got loan of 2 cr on the basement shops when in fact there was not a single shop since all were demolished much before. conveyance of building was not done till today. now the bank has given notice under SARFASI act and got the order of the magistrate for taking possession of all basement shops aggainst borrower i.e. builder. now on the date of execution of order the shop purchaser were there and objected the executioon process contending that there is no shop and order says for taking possession of shop however officer entrusted with the work has locked entire basement saying that there are demolished shops and therefore he can lock whole basement. please advice

I recd a divorce decree in 16/10/2014.after one month my husband filed a application for dismissed diovorce decree. he filed a application on 27/11/2014 and reason gave that he was on bed rest for one mnth and no any evidence diven by him in this regarding..in feb. i recd a notice from him and my advocate gave reply to not dismissed divorce decree. what can i do in this case. how can i take divorce from him or what can i do for not dismiissded my divorce decree. pls help me.

Dear Sir,
I want to apply for backward class certificate of Punjab.our caste is sunar/swarankar.swarankar included in central list of obc for Punjab state but in Punjab state list it is not included but it is written as Soni bradri.
But sunar is also included in Soni bradri.as per Punjab official dictionary of language sunar means soni.
So I want to confirm that can I apply for BC certificate of Soni bradri.
I also want to confirm that in future if it is proved that sunar are not included in Soni bradri then what will be legal action against me in Punjab govt job.
Pls advise on urgent basis

I am individual,senior citizen and my total annual income for FY 2015-16 comes to
Rs 321945 (including interest of Rs
69547/-on fixed deposits with bank.)
While going through various tax calculators, they show tax liability as
2261/- while through IT Deptt.,website,
the tax liability is shown as Rs 201/-(including education cess etc.,)
Sir, would you kindly guide me what tax I should pay and before what date ?

I joined in Uurmi systems pvt. Ltd, (IT industry) Hyderabad on 14 sep 2015 as project lead. Worked there till 29 Feb 2016.There was no probation period mentioned in offer letter. I was resigned forcefully on 29 Feb 2016, because company did not assign another project. I did not mention this in resignation letter. As per offer letter " you or the company may terminate your service at any time by giving 2 months prior notice or payment of amount equivalent to salary and benefits proportionate to such notice period in lieu there of". After resignation on 29 feb 2016 my manager asked me to quit the company and come back on date of relieving 29 April 2016 ,also told that Till date of relieving I was in company payroll. There was no written mail or document for his verbal confirmation. I believed him and left the company. They issued relieving letter on 29 April 2016, April 2016 pay slip , but till now they have not paid the salary for month of April 2016.
The salary amount is Rs. 79000/-. I requested April 26 salary and Fnf settlement in mail, HR replied that they would pay in 30 days. But still the salary was not paid. Please suggest how to recover the April 2016 salary.

if plaintiff and deffendent no. 2 to 4 does compromise in suit and deffendent no. 1 does not comprmise .......then can the plaintiff use compromise agreement against the deffendent no. 1 in same suit.....will court deem compromise agreement as a admission against the deffendent no. 1 in same suit...... will compromise agreement effect the merriut of case between plaintiff and deffendent no. 1 in same suit ..... plz give knowlege ... if possible plz give me citations on this matter in favour of defendant no. 1 .
