How can I obtain OC for my society building which is Reg on 1984
Society as CC, 7/12, land map, tan number.

The property came from my grand mother parents to my grand mother son, is it ansisteral property? Can anybody claim share in this property as ansisteral property?

my father bought a land in the name of my mother ,brothers.He bulit a house of four flats on that plot and i am living with my husband and sons in this building one flat since last 24 yrs.
my father died in 2021 .now my brother and mother want to sell this property.
As a daughter what should i do ?

Hey Husband is CA ( Chartered accountant) but doing Mental harassment and Domestic violence to his wife and threatening girls parents for Jail.We have proofs of Violence such as Photos and Recordings
I want to have legal advice as below
1. Husband is CA can he prove guilty or not and if guilty it will effect to his Profession
2. Girl don't want separation from his husband home as she wanna live but Husband tortured him every week as girl is concern about his child future. Can she get Police protection
3. No money is being given to girl . She work as labour in his own house
4. What other things you can suggest

Farmer of other state can buy agri.land in gujarat ?
My mother was farmer in maharashtra and so i have purchased agricultural land in gujarat in her name before some years Due to high court order her name mutated in 7/12 now by succession in her presence my name also mutated in 7/12
Now my question is can i buy another agri.land in my name in guajarat now ? As my advocate says that your name entered in 7/12 by succession you can not buy agri.land in gujarat as by promulgation you are not farmer so you cant so is it true ?
