Can an unregistered Trust apply for its First PAN after resignation of some of the members mentioned in the Trust deed?
An unregistered trust can apply for its own PAN card, even if some members mentioned in the trust deed have resigned. The eligibility for a PAN card is determined by the trust's earning capacity and financial transactions. If the trust requires a PAN for its operations or bank accounts, it can be applied for with the relevant IT authorities.
