Dear respected sir/ madame,
I had filed one complaint in district forum which was admitted and the opposites party was to file the w/v in the next hearing date but the op raised preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the case which was rejected by the LD district forum and ordered op to file w/v .now the op has filed one application that the op is not going to file w/v as they are going to prefer an appeal against order passed by the LD district forum regarding maintainability of the case sir my question is if the op prefers an appeal in state commission can the proceedings in the district forum be stayed and what steps can be taken from my end in the next hearing date in the LD district forum

My question is whether employer can recover overpayment amount from salary of employee without serving prior notice or justification. Whether recovery can be made from group c govt employee. If no what legal action. Contemplated please advise.

Please share, the boundary conditions (check list etc) to manage contracts by the Principal Employer, which will help to minimise litigation's and induce harmonious conditions.

Hi, The high court has granted ad- interim pre arrest bail... the opposite party has filed some criminal application in intervenor category... and an affidavit later Which we know nothing about the content...as it has not been serviced to us.. My query is what ...is an criminal application inside the ABA case...for what reason is it usually filed??? And same for an afdidavit too.. Thanks

Can Magistrate proceed with framing of charges once he rejected the Application for Discharge U/s 239 and the Applicant has preferred Cri. Rev. before Sessions court

Hi,
I am a student of Campus of Open Learning, Delhi University and I joined for 2 months photography (mass comminication) course in jan 16 but it has been 7 months and my course haven't been completed yet. They dont provide class as their management is too bad. They took only 5-6 classes of 1.5-2 hrs in 7 months but 2 classes in a week is mentioned on the official website of university.
So I need suggestions that where I can get justice as they wasted my money and too much of time. I want my fees refund and as well as certificate of the course. How and where can i submit the complaint against the university?
Please help.

The amount deposited under sec 15 (consumer protection Act) for filing the appeal is a statutory fee or can it be released after the disposal of appeal to the appellant.
*This query may be of academic nature, but Section 15 as per my understanding is silent for refund of amount deposited for filing of appeal.

Two parties entered into an unregistered agreement to sell a property of Rs. 4.80 cror. Ninety percent payment has been made but now the seller is avoiding to register the property in buyer's name, buyer is ready to make final payment.
What is the proper civil remedy to get possession and to restrain further sale or recover the money from the seller. Please note agreement to sale is an unregistered document.

Stopping illegal enjoyment of pension

Dear Sir
A lady (A2)is the illegally wedded wife of a deceased person{(A(govt of odisha employee)} enjoying pension from govt treasury. The illegally wedded wife is married to that male person while his first wife (A1)was alive and never had any divorce between them first marriage.
The male retired person (A) and his first wife (A1) both are dead now and the second wife is alive and enjoying pension from illegal wedding.
My question is to how to stop this?
How can i get the certified copy of the pension account and details and marriage and death certificate copy submitted to the pension authority and any other necessary details for this case.
To whom i have to say or write about this?
Please inform me about my question and what ever i missed any other stuff that need attention ?
I am very thankful and grateful in advance to you learned gentlemen. Please Help me to save taxpayer money.
