Govt of Karnataka has allotted a free site to Mr. X with 15 years lockin period clause. Mr. X has 10 children and a wife as legal heirs. Mr. X is still alive. He made a gift deed in favour of a daughter after completion of lockin period without the sign/witness of legal heirs. My question is
1. Whether the permission of AC or DC is necessory evenafter completion of lockin period?
2. Whether the gift deed is in order?
3. Whether sign of all the legal heirs are necessary?

Experts, I have come across several citations of HC of various states to provide FIR copy to accused in the initial stages of investigation. But the IO refused to do so. Kindly guide me how do I proceed.

I am the owner of rented property[shop] in kolkata. Rent of the property is 300. My tanent died in 2012 after that his elder son came to me and told me to change the tanency in favour of him. I told him to give me noc from his brother and sister. Since then he hasn't been eble to provide any noc. He is paying rent in cash but i did not issue any rent recipt. Now my queary is that can i evit him from my property?

One limited company offer a job from a city to a experience employee of other city,the diff between two cities is 1000 km.The employee has been offered a senior manager job with good salary & asked to shift his family & report to office on a fix date.The employee joined this company on the basis of written offer letter & shift his family & joined the office on given date,but after working for a month company refuse to give him any payment on some flimsy ground but not served him any notice or termination but block his entry into the office,please note that this the CMD of this company is notorious & well known scamster & having tainted past
let me know how a watertight case can be filed under which appropriate sections,so that other lives & their career can be saved....

i got married on 2011
On 2012 we become proud parents of daughter.
on 2013 some misunderstanding
Created between us and we slaped each other and she got injured on body part
Her parents came and taken away to there home to my wife and my daughter
After 3months our cast called meeting and setteled down our matter on puting on 100 rs stamp paper saying that in future we will take care of each other and not act any wrong manner which may hurt our family and us too.
After that we were in good healthy relationship and got bussy in enjoying our married life
On 2016 again some misunderstanding created between us and she run away from home and taken poison and we come to know lication after5 hours and den we rechd der and taken away to hospital
After treatment staryed and our dr observation discuss with us she is out of danger and after 3hrs time heart stopped functioning she is on ventilator for next 5 -6 hrs but finally dr said it is creatical and after 1 hrs heart stopped and dr unable to savr her life and declared dead.
Now after that my in laws loadge fir on my family police charge on 34 /306 den dey arrested and we werw on jail and den got bail
Now please tell me how i can save my family and prove my self true and fight with legal manner

Hi,
I have enrolled in LLM in india and have plans to move to Singapore next year once I complete my LLM. Please guide on:-
1. Is my indian Law degree valid for a corporate legal job in Singapore ?
2. I have option of choosing two specialisation out of- Arbitration, corporate law and Intellectual property rights, please suggest which two would be having a better scope for job in Singapore.

I want to know that if NBW is being declared against the party under the section 306 and the party flew from his residential address where police raid for arresting but could not then what is the possibility of getting bail without getting arrested?? Urgent suggestion is needed.

I was falsely charged in a cross fir with section 323/341. Earlier I had filed an fir against them u/s 308/334. Now both parties have agreed to get fir's quashed from high court. Will I be eligible for civil services such as IPS, IAS etc after quashing?

Fighting for maintenance case frm 3 years.Dont know what to
My husband file (i think under section 9 restitution of conjugal rights) case 3yr ago with my wrong address and 6 month ago when i know this my lawyer add a application for a maintenance case( for my child).Now he withdraw the case and file a divorce case.
My question is what should i do now?
Can i apply a maintenance application in divorce case?
Can i apply for section 9 case?
Please helppppp me.
