One of my friend has been arrested under IPC Section 307. The case is like he was called by one of his friend where the disputes were going on and where the fight happened. It was small fight between two neighbors. He don't know those people but he know only one person. Usne sirf toda fadi kari thi vo bhi dukaan ka saman feka tha but doosre ladko ne goli chalayi jo ek k per me lag gyi but jiske lagi vo bilkul safe hai out of danger hai.
5 log farar the jisme se teen log mil gye hai..sab se phle mera friend hi pakda gaya tha jiska kasor ye hai ki usne tod fod ki thi but vo bhi 307 me fas gya.
ab 8 din ho gye hai use jail me rakha hua hai. How to get bail in this case.?
One of the members of housing society has total outstanding amount is 1 lakh in that principal amount is 65000 and interest is 35000 . If the defaulter member paid 30000 amount then it is adjusted towards interest or principal amount. As well as housing 1) society can charge 21% annually interest on total maintenance bill or only charge on general maintenance. 2) Housing society have right to charge annually 21% interest on bmc tax and water charges. 3) Society can charge 21% annually interest on penalty if member is not paid penalty still more than 4 months.
I bought flat in redeveloped building in 2013, which got OC, and i got possession in May 2014. building has conveyance. now in July 2016 builder is getting us added as member in the same old society and not forming new society.Old society as it is will continue and thier MC members.
No within 3 years of construction building has leakages and no MC members is keen to taken action against the builder as they were given additional benefits like additional area than the normal area mentioned in development agreement.
As per the Development agreement builder was agreed to give 12% additional area to all the members including Development Committee members. However in the MC members agreement they got changes to more than 25% area as additional area.
In the above scenario does builder or that member require General body permission to get additional area being redevelopment construction.
Can the old member who got possession and came to know the irregularities now, can approach the registrar for irregularities by development committee?
can the new member approach the registrar in support of the old members for the complaint and taking action against the redevelopment committee?
Pls provide some case studies in the above matter.

Recently I got a property {land and a house constructed on that land} from my mom through a registered gift deed and mutation done on my name but now problem is some portion of that property occupy by my elder brother , i have served them eviction notice by lawyer but they did not vacate the possession now my lawyer advise me to file a title suit ... So I want to know can I got relief through this case mean to say does they vacate the possession ?
What is suitable for this case eviction or title suit?

I joined through a registered manning company onbaord the vessel.for a period of 2 month contract.agreemnet has been signed between me and the manning company on 10th june 2015.i signed off from the ship after completion of my contract.now 22 days wages for the month of august he has not paid saying that owner has not paid me the salary.but out contract was not wih thw ship owner our contrac was with registered manning company.i have sent 3 mail requesting to clear the wages but no reply came .wages due is 1.54 lakh .kindly advice the how to recover my wages and procedure to file case agaist him.i have required evidence ie contract copy, service letter etc
Builder has lost the case in the lower court and has appealed in the session court where he has asked to pay the certain % of cheque amount With in 1.5 mths but he has not paid the amt yet in the court. He has now filed the application of extention of time period.
What action can b taken by us?
I am a hr executive, management decides to terminate as employee not comes continues 3 days without any leave application. We have not mentioned the these rules appointment. can we terminate him agaist leave without leave application
