Can a pauper application be filed after conclusion of evidence of plaintiff, when court called upon plaintiff to file valorem court fee on o7r11 application.

No for Defendant ..
In cross examination plaintiff has claimed to be in possession of suit land and giving it on lease. As there were patent defect in plaint as on one hand plaintiff claim to be owner in possession and. On other hand claimed possession. Thus a pending application o7r11 has been decided and plaintiff is directed to file court fee.
