My 498a is running in merta rajasthan.i am from surat having a 12 years of male child who is in custody of mother right now.he resides 8 years with me in surat,his mom got custody with the help of surat police and she took him with her to rajasthan during his running school.can i put child custody case in surat? Is this possible that atleast i want visitation rights of my child.

pls tell me the procedure of stay order on family property
if i am the youngest brother in my family and my father had transfer his property in my name and my other bother gave the consent affidadavit for the same and also give noc certificate. and now they want to issue the saty order on the said property is they have any right regarding for the same
what should i do if they got the stay order from the court.?

When my father bought our house, it was outside the Nagar nigam limits. After formation of the state of Uttarakhand, it came under Nagar nigam. My father expired few years back, now for transferring the ownership when we got the latest khasra, our land is shown as abadi.
Is it ok to go for registering of property, so that in future we can sell it or use it for obtaining a bank loan.

Respected experts,
My wife lodged a fake complaint of498/406/506/34 IPC but in investegation it was dismissed by top authority of police.
After that my wife started trouble us by complaining to police repeatedly and everytime police closes the application by telling it is fake.
Now many times she has done that thing and by this we all have mently harrased now my mother wants to file a case of mentaly harasment on my wife so is it applicable??

Dear Experts,
I am separated after short failed marriage and several cases are in progress. I have filed police FIR (498a) and DV, 125. Husband has filed a police case in his state against me - no FIR, it is private case.
498a FIR absolutely no action has been taken by police for last 1 year. DV and 125 cases interim orders have not been passed yet.
I am working in MNC and earning 60K pm. Husband has written his income as 1.3L pm. His actual income is 4L pm but it is in black and I have no proof for that. No children present.
From reading on internet I feel like I have less chance of getting interim maintenance. High Court passed judgement saying no maintenance to qualified, working wife. This came in news. My confidence is very low for the maintenance after reading that.
Can I ask judge for court mediation in DV and 125?
I am tired of court dates and it affects my work. Husband never attends, only his lawyer is attending. In earlier mediation I had refused to settle and thought husband will realize. But he is very stubborn and cruel man, he will never realize his wrong and I don't want to waste time anymore. I am 32 years age.
Relations between families are very bad and no one has talked to other side in more than 1 year. I want to get interim maintenance so that he will have pressure to do proper divorce. But court is giving dates after 3 months gap, nothing is moving and time is ticking away.
I want to get lump sum and MCD and help from court to do the mediation. I refused settlement in earlier mediation, will court allow mediation again and ask him to attend in person? How to convince husband for MCD, fair alimony and marriage expenses? He is not having any pressure. I have tried everything. If I don't get interim maintenance then he will become even more confident. Husband is a sadist and is hell bent on spoiling my life.

Hi,
We did a sale deed in 2011 and one of the sellers daughter was not signed the original sale deed at that time. After consultation with the SR(Sub Register), he suggested to go for Consent deed. We did consent deed recently I noticed there are typo and grammatical errors in the forming the sentences. But the Name of the seller, buyer, Survey number , original Sale deed reference and schedule all are correct and do not notice any factual errors.
Here is the 3 errors I noticed,
1. THIS DEED OF CONCENT IS MADE AND EXECUTED AT.....
QUESTION --> Typed Concent instead of Consent
2. The party of the FIRST PART was not in the station at the time of the registration of the property and the FIRST PART party was not signed the SALE DEED document (put sale deed details), as MrsJayamma share the property by ancestrally means.
The party in the FIRST PART and the original sale deed executers already received their proportionate share of the sale proceeds with respect to the schedule mentioned property and the is no any consideration paid during this Deed of Consent.
As the SECOND PART party requested me to give full consent with respect to the above sale deed and now, I am giving full consent to the above said Sale Deed (put sale deed details) through this consent deed and I have no objection and rights in any means for the below said property.
QUESTION --> I noticed "(put sale deed details)" supposed to be removed in the sentence and they left it like that.
3. As the SECOND PART party requested me to give full consent with respect to the above sale deed and now, I am giving full consent to the above said Sale Deed (put sale deed details) through this consent deed and I have no objection and rights in any means for the below said property.
QUESTION--> I am not sure this is right way of forming the sentence.
Please let me know it causes any issues in the future.

Dear Sir,
I writing to request some advice on family Tree.
In my family, my grandma's and grand father had two childrens, one son and one daughter, my father has given sufficient amount of share in property and also some cash, after my fathers death, my aunty started troubling me, after negotiation I also gave some money and obtained release deed.
Now I need family tree for some katha change, do I need to mention my aunty, (sister of my father) in family Tree. Can I exclude her as she already relinquishes her rights on property, thru registered release deed.
If we mention her name in family tree, village accountant asks to get her sign, so to do sign she demand money.
If any Claus available on the family Tree please quote. Please advise.
