It will amaze you to know that everything so many people have been testifying about DR AZ is nothing but the truth. My husband left me and my kids because we had so many fights and arguments. I had taken a chawl room on rent in virar in year 1980 and run a flour mill shop which was than purchased by me later in year 2001 from owner by getting paper done by lawyer at that time. The said papers contain kararnama, kulmukh patra, and kayam swarup kulmukh patra. The said property was not registered, only notary was done as owners were not ready to come for registeration process. Now after so many years i intend to redevelop chawl but facing problem due to no registration done at that time. Situation says the ex owners have died and their heirs are not interested to hear us instead threat us to overtake the property as 7/12 contains their parents and uncle names instead of ours.

Three days before , Youth (major in age) caught on camera had beaten security guard when guard told him to do entry in register, the mother of youth had given fake complaint of eve teasing against RWA President.
The medical of security guard is done.
Now Youth mother is saying to RWA president: when you will take complaint back against my son then I will also withdraw complaint of eve teasing.
Police is also favouring youth and his mother.
What legal remedies are available for RWA president ?

Dear sir,
I applied for a central government group A job while being in another central government organisation at the same time I hide the information that I am currently employed and declared unemployed because my current organisation has already taken undertaking signing that I will not apply for any job in my probation period which was of 2 years.
Now I got selected in the group A job and planning to join it and resigned from my current organisation before completing my probation period.
Since I have already resigned from my current job looking for joining the other one.
My doubt is whether I should mention the my previous job in the attestation form or not.
What can be the consequence of mentioning or not mentioning the previous job while filling the attestation form?

Hi I am a advocate I just want guidance regarding filing of PIL in supreme court of india airlines are troubling common citizens to buy return ticket while going abroad who are airlines to Stop a person from going abroad when immigration officer of other countries are easy and don't care if at all they are denied entry to their country the sole responsibility should lie on passenger to buy return ticket but airlines should not stop passenger onward ticket rule is harrasment to traveller's who travel on budget I am looking for lawyer who can seriously file before supreme court of India and create a impact on society recently a passenger from Bangalore denied entry for purchasing return flight ticket from another airlines airlines dint allow her inside and asked to buy ticket worth 75000 she is holding ticket from another airlines this is torture from airlines and should be challenged can anyone take it as their personal case and file before supreme court of india and get revolutionary change?

What if someone is falsely implicated under the Atrocities Act. Its a case of personal enemosity & revenge. FIR is done...no proper investigation done, chargesheet about to be filed.
