A hindu son can divorce his wife for crualty trying to pray him away from his "Pious obligation" to live with his aged parents and provide shelter to them.
On 6th October Supreme Court give sensational judgment on this.,

Is it valid as per constitution to use short name and full name in our documents like domicile,aadhar card,pan card etc.
I have my father's full name in my pan card and birth certificate as CANNIMALVADAKKATHIL DANIEL SAMUEL
But domicile,aadhar card,EPIC Card, I have short name of my father as CD Samuel.
Are both these names can be used,if not can I present a affidavit regarding this,then it us valid??

My cousin has filed for child custody and interim visiting rights till the pendancy of the case, 4 months ago in Ahmedabad. Till date respondent did not file their response and mere counselling at lawyers' level done having no result. During last hearing Judge transferred the case to Lok Adalat with the consent of both the parties lawyers.
Now the question is :
Lok adalat will do only counselling or they can pass order on the application of interim visitation right (for the welfare of the child) even if one party doesn't agree for the terms ?

In our society, one member is not paying dues before society was formed but paying the dues after society is formed. He is planning to buy another flat on his son name. How to stop this? How we can ensure he clears the dues first.

Sir I m working as a para teacher under sarva shiksha mission. I joined the job on 7/3/2007. that time I was pursuing my graduation. as I was a temporary worker there were no service book or rule that time . that time I was in last year and only exam due . all classes over . so I gave the exam by taking casual leave . now I have a chance to get a permanent job . and for that I need certificate of experience and also graduation certificate. is there any problem . as there were no service rule that time and I was a temporary or contract teacher then

Sir,i am a contractual employee in AIR INDIA,and recently I noticed my contractor not paying the EPF subscription from 19/4/16 on the EPFO estb pin code search facility.I filed a RTI on 19/9/16 to the epfo.And after that he paid 5 months epf in one go on 4/10/16 to epfo.
In one such epf instalment of 11/2015 I found my name missing whereas I was very much present and I also received full salary.That he is a rouge contractor.Again I filed a rti to the epfo on 5/10/16.The epfo has not yet responded.SIR if epfo dosnt act,can I file a pvt complaint under section 8A.

My brother, who appeared in perosn, has filed the SLP against the High court order, in some service matter. The Supreme Court has issued notice and tag with the other SLP pending before the bench. Now the Registry, has issued has send letter advising him to file the “AFFIDAVIT OF VALUATION IN THE MATTER” failing which the default will be reported to the Hon’ble Court
My query is what is meant by affidavit of valuation in the matter as it is not money suit but just service matter
Since its service matter, he has already paid the court fees Rs 1800/- only, Dies it mean to say that he has to file the affidavit stating that he has already paid the court fees? Please clearify

Than how can i call him (to advocate) as my witness?

Place of filing case
1.My freind was stayed in Borivali on rental premises alongwith his wife.
2.He has mothers place at virar. where as his wife mothers place at borivali where they staying separately now.
3.They last resided at his brother in law house for 3 days before separated at pune.
4.Now my friend want to file a case of NCR . Can he file a case from Pune.
