Approach a very able counsel specializing in Labor/Service matters with all related documents.

Hope you have the travel allow claim copy and its approval and reimbursement slip showing cheque number.

Is it some IT/ITeS company?

What was your designation and nature of duties?

Did you bank the cheque?

better to approach a local lawyer and find the solution as suggested by the learned friend

Salary alone does not decide coverage as 'Workman'.

Discuss in detail with local lawyer dealing in service matters.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 04 November 2016
You have posted that;

"I reported the matter to labour commission. They send the notice to the company but they did not turn up"

Apparently the company did not appear for conciliation.

Check with Conciliation Officer if a reference has been made to Labor Court/CGIT.

You can serve Notice through a lawyer seeking the amounts due.
malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 05 November 2016
Try your luck by serving lawyer notice, pay the required fee to him, spend a lot of time, mental agony, if you really interested to exercise your right. Otherwise, since you have moved out to another company, forgive and forget!
