A woman got order u/s 125 crpc from A court
She shifted her residence to another place in another state their her New advocate filed New petition and got order. Now there are two order. Now she is residing in her first place. Which order she has to execute.

Sir,
I am member of this club. As per my knowledge the Co.Op. Chs is not supposed to collect Service Tax from members thru Maintenances Bill..
Buylawas does not provide this recovery and therefore it is illegal to revover this tax from members every month.
In our society secretary is planning to recover this tax thru maintenance bill .
In view of the above I wanted to have your opinion on the Issue of SERVICE Tax collection. kindly let me know , whether it is legal to make such recovery from members every month.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am looking at an individual row house in which to start a salon in a Mumbai suburb.
The owner is agreeing to helping with procuring shop and establishment and health licences from the Municipal Corporation of Mumbai.
However, he is not agreeing to do a change of user from residential to commercial property type.
Moreover, he says that if the salon is on a 30 foot wide road, has an independent entrance, a change of user to commercial is not needed to operate a salon.
Please advise if the shop and establishment, and health licenses will be sufficient to legally operate a salon business. That is, it is legally acceptable and a change of user to commercial property is not necessary in this case if the said licenses are procured.

Please anybody suggest me..I am central govt. Employee from Chandigarh and I joined my services as constable Dec 27, 2016 on compassionate ground . After 6th pay commission my basic salary has been fixed 5880+2000(GP) but new constable who joined after January 1, 2006 they get 6440+2000(GP). I gave application in this regard to concern authorities in 2009 but my case was rejected, reason behind this is seniority list decentralised(we are from same department, same rank, same basic pay fixed on joining that is 3050 basic. Actually in my department constable seniority prepared by state level and I put up my case with reference of Maharashtra recruited constable BUT after promotion I.e head constable seniority list made by Delhi head quarter and that is centralised seniority list. And I again put up my case in 2015 this time seniority list is same and my seniority number is 261 and his seniority number is 365 and but my case was again rejected because during the period of constable my seniority was not centralised. We are from same department same rank same seniority list and he is junior and he got 450 extra but I can't eligible for pay stepup. Please help or any suggestions...

Sir,
Recently my sister received notice from supreme court in an SLP(C) filed by my brother-in-law. The date of likely hearing is just 04 days from today. Within this short notice we don't get train tickets to go to delhi. Kindly suggest what is the alternative. Can we skip this date and expect a next longer date to join? because it seems the SLP is in the admission stage only?.
Kindly help in this regard.Thanks.

Whether filing of mere caveat would amount to stay of execution of the order/judgment automatically even if no stay is passed by the appellate court?

Leave & license agreement
Sir,
I have one flat at Thane District of Maharashtra. I want to give the flat on the Leave & License basis. Please reply me on the following points:-
1) Is leave & License agreement mandatory to be registered in Maharashtra for the flat having monthly fee of below Rs.5000/-?.
2)If the Leave & License agreement is not registered for fee below Rs.5000/- and the agreement is notarized than what will be the effect of the same.?. Will it be a void or valid agreement ?.
Please guide me in the matter.
