I am from Tamilnadu I have applied for birth certificate for my children.In the fathers and mothers name fields I have put my and my wife names without initials.
For example:
Fathers Name : Murugan
Mothers Name : Valli
But, in our TCs , degree and other leagl[ proof for our age ] certificates we both have initials
For Example: C.Murugan [ C is the first letter of my fathers name Chellamuthu ]
N.Valli [ N is the first letter of her fathers name Nallappan]
Should I amend my and my wife name with Initials in our children's birth certificate .
Fi so, whats the procedure to amend.Thanks in advance for your help

Respected lawyers, I m youngest of the three siblings I m US citizen now, I sent money to my family in early 2000 they bought a plot on my mother 's name,which is worth 1.5 cr now, so my older brother took it from her via gift deed, my sister took another property , my mom is alive and they are brain washing her that they both will take care of her am I m in aboard, they do not want to share any property with, I m feeling betrayed, can I challenge the gift deeds my mom made in my brother and sister 's name. What are my rights as a legal heir ? And also as I paid the money for the plots.
Is it possible to send a petition from abroad?
Please help me, more than monetary value, I want to punish them for their betrayal and brainwashing my mom against me.

It is now beyond doubt that my lawyer double crosses me in a plot title suit in which I and my POA ( now late) are defendants. I have not relinquished my lawyer as he is influential in his jurisdiction and also named lawyer for my late POA. and also one of the Plaintiffs!? And I have very little at stake. Lawyer is falsely scaring me of breach of injuction and says he has to reply to contempt notice of Plaintiffs since Feb 2016 ( fabricated copy sent to me) . I conveyed to my lawyer that I shall pay him balance fees but he is not being ethical to which after initial denials saying that online case status is mixed but nowv he is quiet and informs me next dates.Court is at far off place and due to health I can not go personally. Hiring another lawyer costly as I have little at stake.
Online c/s status is the only medium of information. For last so many hearings it is in "plaintiff's evidence and against business it reads AA, AA, D,AA and so on now last it reads ZZ. Could you please me give me clue as to what these abbreviation stands for.

Husband whose domicile is Maharashtra married to wife whose domicile is Karnataka. Husband is the sole owner of a flat in Goa. He is physically handicapped since last 25 years. Since 2013 wife and the only son deserted him. Younger brother had to admit him in old age home who bears all his medical and old age home charges along with the emi of home loan. Now husband wants to sell flat.
Is Goan law applicable here which says wife has equal share in property irrespective of the fact whether she is co owner or not. Right now husband is in old age home in Pune. Even his wife and son are settled in Pune.
Please advise.

I registered a claim for Car damage due to Diwali crackers fire.Later on I realised that it will not be financially viable do I got the car from the garage without job done,not any claim form filled.Now 1 month later the insurer has mailed me that my claim is closed due to vehicle not brought to garage.My question is whether I will get no claim bonus on next renewal or not and will the premium will be increased due to filing of claim.

1) If the housing society called the agm (Housing Society is in mumbai region )
2) Which member don't have share certificate can attend the agm?
3) If more than 10% members who are sign on resolution is not having the share certificate?
4) Can we challenge this resolution and cancelled it?
5) If i want to challenge this resolution where to apply?

Sir in the year 2006 in my college one of my collegue met with an accident and died. So students of our college did strike by jamming g.t. road of kanpur. Police men tried to release the strike but students didn't agreed and there was a clash between students and police,resulting lathi charge by police.it was evening aruond 7pm.I was not in the spot and police stated arresting students by searching them, in the mean time i along with 12 students were arrested by the police and filed fir against us by police and college administration too.
Now i have been selected in central govt. Job in written test. Whether this could affect my selection??
Please provide me a proper guidance sir...

Adoption
My query is what is the process to complete a adoption case in case a woman remarries after demise of her husband and his second husband wants to adopt her only son aged 2 years. In this case it is pertinent to mention here that widow has remarried to younger brother of his late husband. Marriage has been solemnised with the consent of both the families.
