you ARE WITHIN YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DISMISSAL WAS NOT ON MERITS AND WITHIN 12 YEARS OR YOU CAN FILE A FRESH SUIT UNAFFECTED BY RESJUDICATA AND LIMITATION LAW.
