Hello,
my wife filled 13A against me in 2016. our case is running. I need one document with court stamp which include case details case number, name of both parties, court name and purpose of case (Divorce).
please let me know how can I get this document? my lawyer is saying court will not give such a document.

By mistake instead of 6500000 (65 lacs ) I have added 650000( 6.5 lacs ) as consideration amount on esbtr provided.
What do I do.

In my village, some land was bought by my father in my name, (1) which I want to Transfer to my mother's name what will I have to do. and in the future my family (wife/son/daughter) can not have any rights on that property.
(2) can this be done by gift deed.

I have below queries regarding name change. Can you please clarify same.
1. My permanent address is Ahmedabad-Gujarat. But currently I am staying in Gurgaon- Haryana.
I want to publish my permanent address in gazette notification.
- So can I prepare my affidavit from Gurgaon- Haryana (Notarised from Gurgaon) where currently I am staying(I will mention both Permanent and present address in affidavit). I have ID proofs with both addresses.
- Newspaper add needs to be given in Ahmedabad newspaper?(Ahmedabad address will be printed) or can I print Ahmedabad address in Gurgaon newspaper?-
2. My name is not completely written in my one educational certificate, Insurance and experience letter of Private company. Will those be considered valid for publishing in Gazette? Or only ID proofs name will be considered?
3. I have total 9 names variations to be published. Can I mention all of them? Or there is any limitation?

I had applied for pan card as Harish manjunatha as my name.it got rejected because of mismatch in adhar card.I have my name as harish m in all documents including adhar card..I don't have any document's with the full name..inorder to change Adhar details what should I do..how much Time does it take.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR C FORM ONLINE FOR CAPITAL GOODS PROCURED BY ME. IN THE CST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE THE ITEMS TO BE PROCURED HAS BEEN MENTIONED AS MACHINERY FOR CONSUMPTION.BUT THE DEPARTMENT IS DENYING FOR ISSUANCE OF THE C-FORMS.ANY JUDGEMENT / SECTION THAT CAN BE PROVIDED TO THE DEPARTMENT IN THIS REGARD.
PLEASE HELP.

My sincere thanks to one and all of the Experts for able guidance of my previous quarries. My friend has got the order of suspension from High court. The High Court has made a condition that the petitioners i.e. my friend and his wife has to execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- each with two sureties each for like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court., The sureties has no immovable assets. They had Fixed Deposit with banks. Whether bank guarantee is acceptable in place of sureties? If so, for how much sum the bank guarantee to be taken? Is there any specific format for this sureties form. Please oblige. With high regards.
