1 Recently our case is solved in lok adalat, what is the procedure to redeem money paid to put case in court as case is now solved in lok adalat. One of the rules of lok Adalat is that if case is solved in lok adalat we get back the money paid to civil court. 2 Once our case was dismissed and we paid 10000 to revive this case few months back, can we redeem this amount also

In a title suit filed by an unregistered firm of two partners for specific performance, during pendancy of the suit one partner died long back. No legal heirs named.
Should my lawyer have moved application to desuit the remaining partner as the firm stood dissolved. Remaining partner has not filed application to amend the plaint in his name. Should the court have admitted the suit of unregistered firm. Contract signed in the name of the firm in 1986. Suit filed in 2005, one of the two partners died in 2011, issues framed in 2013, Suit came on board in 2014.Regards.

I have a small shop in a local mall in Delhi. My tenant himself gave me a notice to vacate the shop on 15th February. He has still not vacated the premises. According to the agreement (duly registered), he has to pay double the rent if he does not vacate after the notice date.
I took some legal advice and sent him a registered letter saying that he is liable to pay me double the rent now. His post dated cheque for this month has also bounced.
My question is-
1) How do I get him out of my premises now? His security deposit is only 2 months so I'd have to bear the loss if he stays for that long without paying the rent.
2) Should I ask the mall management to cut off the electricity supply and stop giving all the services there, given that he only gave me a notice that he'd be vacating?

What should be AMOUNT of STAMP PAPER if a person is GIFTING MONEY via cheque/RTGS to his relative. Both parties belong to Delhi.

I am working as a teacher in kendriya vidyalaya sangthan,i joined sangathan in 2008. from April 2017 to 31st march 2018 i m on extra ordinary leave without pay which is sanctioned by our region deputy commissioner. Due to some unavoidable circumstances i am unable to join in April 2018 .So, i requested for leave extension for one year more but till date i have not receive any response .
My query is what if, the leave has not sanctioned and i still avail the leave. What are the consequence if i join in April 2019 without sanctioning my leave.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Our grandfather's property is supposed to be divided among five children and our mother is the second person but she is deceased. Now the rest of our uncles and aunt want us to submit attested copy of aadhar and voter ID for obtaining family tree, please advise. There is no plan of selling the property.

Franchisor doesn't obliged the term of agreement, then How can we claim for loss of business opportunity, after claiming basic amount with interest and inclusive of losses occurred during the terms of period.
