Hi everyone, in the year 2016 i appeared for a registry marriage by a commissioned marriage advocate. Post that i went to live with the groom bjt due to huge mental toeture i couldn't bear the pain and left the house. I'm looking for another marriage, i showed my registry scanned copy to a registrar he claimed that is not genuine. I informed the same to this new groom but he wants that marriage certicate to be verified at the high court level and request to issue an unmarried certificate. Can someone help me with this please.

Dear Sir,
Our society is in Dombivli, Thane, Maharashtra and has 79 members. Due to unawareness of the new election rules, we had our society AGM in 2016 as usual and elected the new managing committee for 5 year term. When we visited The Thane District Cooperative Bank for updating authorized signatories of our society account, we were informed that we have not conducted the elections as per new bye laws and need to get the elections regularized or approved by Registrar of the society without which the bank can not update the records.
Please guide us a way forward in the matter as managing committee is already functioning since 2016 and what needs to be done to get the bank account operative.
Secondly, what is the benefit to the society of having representative from Registrar of societies in electing society managing committee when society is functioning smoothly and if there is no opposition and eligible members get elected unopposed.
Further, we learnt that there is amendment to this elections bye laws, since it is being debated in various forums as there is no much benefit particularly to the Housing Societies, is it true?

Sir, few days back, my bike was stolen from , I registered a FIR with a nearest police station sultan puri delhi. Now the bike is recovered in samaypur badli thana and same have been transferred to sultan puri thana. Now police officer asking to pay 4000 rs to release the bike from thana.
Please help me to get my bike back at the earliest possible time pls.

Hi Sir,
I have a home of my grandfather which should be divided between three brothers(One is my father and his two brothers). My father brothers want to sell there part to another party not to my father due to some misunderstandings. My father are willing to buy that property but there bothers are not intrested to sell him. So i want to know that is there any rule in muslim personal law to bound them to sell there part to my father first .

My family is living in pagdi system building since from last 20 years and after along time we renovated our house for that renovation our landlord demanded 10k as we are renovating our house we payed him 10k after all renovation had been completed he is demanding more money because we change our flooring of hall he is demanding more 10k is there any rule to give the money to landlord on the time of renovation he is always harresing and he tretens to increase the rent of the house so i wanted to know is it compulsory to pay him.....

Sir, for 3 rd Macp for counting 30 years from joining date is applicable or from direct selection. I joined in 1985 by direct selection again in1988 I got second direct selection for higher post. Got 2 Macp now am I eligible for counting 30 years service from 1985. Kindly advise. Regards, George.

Need your support/help.
My wife working in Govt. Organization Noida from October -2016 (Contract Basis), total monthly gross 18K (covered under ESIC), now contract has renew and it will be expire on 31 December, 2018.
They outsourcing from agency, My wife is employee of Agency and they provide job location Govt. Organization.
Now the concern is that fortunately my wife is pregnant (Four Months), I want to know how she can avail maternity leave benefits in this critical situation.
Please guide who will provide maternity leave!

Need to file an PIL against EPF office for charging 34% of tax to withdraw EPF money
EPF Department is deducting 34% of hard earned money while withdrawing from PF account if PAN is not linked with UAN, in my scenario I am not able to link my PAN with UAN because UAN had my name as per my matriculation certificate SRIDHAR K P, but as per PAN Database my name Initials has been abbreviated due to this system is showing data not matching with income tax data where income tax department won't accept names with Initials as per there rules
I tried all my level best by liaising with EPF and income tax departments to get this resolved but nothing helped me
Can anyone suggest me a way to get this linked This problem is faced by many people in Bangalore as per my knowledge

Cheque not disbursed to the builder but bank charged
Hi Team,
I need your help to understand that my bank has charged interest despite the cheque was not issued to the builder. As per bank, they have credited the loan amount to my home loan account, but they have not issued the cheque to the builder. Physical transaction did not happen from my home laon account to builder's account, Can bank take interest charge?
