we are an NGO and want to start an corresspondence institute for MBA, can the ld. members of this forum will let me know what are the procedure i mean paper work required to start this institute and we dont want to get affilation from AICTE, what is the other way out for it?

If there is an agreement to sell between a builder and X, if it is not registered is it valid in court ? Builder has paid some money to X and x is heir of part share of the property .If valid then for what time period ?

a person say XYZ, belongs to ST, took admission in M Tech regular course, in NRI quota, in a private engg college while he is in regular service as a lecturer, drawing scales as per G.O.Ms.72 of ap govt. he also took ST scholarship. now it is disclosed by somebody to his employer as well as to the authorities. so what the employer can do? what the concerned authority i.e. commissioner and RJD of technical education, can do? is there any protection to the XYZ.

Sir,
I have 48 cases of section 420,467,468,471,120b running in Agra against me. I am 64 years old and finding it difficult to attend them all one by one in different courts. Cases are about 5 years old.
These all cases are from one current account and are about 48 transactions of drafts encashed through this account.
About 80% of the witnesses are the same in all cases.
I wish to get them clubbed. What is the remedy?
Is it possible that I may be exempted from attending to these cases in person?

The court has issued Arrest warrants but the party has managed the police of his area.
can i take the police of My city for his arrest?
If yes
then do i have to take warrants in the name of police of my city or not??
